Usually have no problems at this location. But today, they must all have been high. Ordered my normal 2 turkey sausage wraps and saw on the sign 3 hashbrowns for 50 cents so ordered them too. The total came to $11.89, twice what it should have been. When I asked why they said hashbrowns were $1.89, not what was posted on sign. But math still wasn’t working. So, just asked for 2 wraps. Got to window, total was correct now. Showed them pic of their sign and they kept insisting that was for the ‘meal’ not ‘add 3 hashbrowns for 50 cents’ as sign said. They said they’d make them anyway and redid charge, but this time only for 1 wrap. Told to pull forward and wait, after a couple of minutes guy comes out with my food, looked at me, looked through me, looking all around, walks across the parking lot and then goes back inside. At this point, I was too scared of the food coming out of that kitchen and left without any!

Strong espresso, friendly staff, and fast service! While I’m not usually a fan of pumpkin spice, the extra shot of espresso really balanced it out and made a difference.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Anna for her outstanding customer service. I had ordered a strawberry refresher without realizing exactly what it included. When I came back in expecting to pay for a replacement, Anna went above and beyond to make it right—no hassle, just genuine care for the customer experience. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back. Great job, and thank you again!

Poor customer service and donuts were dry. Frozen chocolate was so bad I couldn’t drink it. Chocolate iced donuts only had chocolate on half of the donut. Don’t waste your money.

I go here at least 3 times a week. I keep hoping it will get better. I have to allot at least 15 minutes because the service is so slow. There is always something wrong with my order. Please get these operation fixed. I love the food and coffee but the slow service and lack of caring to get your order right is ridiculous.

Two days in a row, xl hot coffee lid came off during the hand over spilling coffee everywhere. Third day it looked fine but when I arrived at my office and lifted the container, there was ½inch of coffee in the cup holder.

First time going here I could hear her snorting or blowing snot while she was taking my order, gross. There was no way she washed her hands or changed her gloves before taking my order cause I got the impression they were too busy to handle the few costumers they had. When I drove up to pay the lady who took my money looked like she was on speed with her facial movements. Peppermint mocha was on point. Second time I went I smelled pot when the young man opened the window to take my money. This last time the lady didn’t understand what a Mocha was and asked if I wanted cream and sugar, then handed me a black coffee.
