I’ve been to Ingrassia & Sons a couple times and I must say Sneaky Italian Turkey sandwich is probably my most favorite sandwich in the city. The price point is 100% worth it. I add pickled onions and it’s just amazing.

I also love the The Godson made spicy and the olive oil cake. I did recently try the chicken cutlet sandwich but it was not my favorite. The chicken was a bit dry and hard. Look forward to trying other items on the menu though!

Absolutely wonderful experience!

I stopped into Ingrassia & Sons for lunch today, and it was such a special experience from the moment I walked in. The owner, John, personally came over to introduce himself and welcome me — and I noticed he did the same for every guest who came through the door. That warmth and hospitality made it feel like a true Italian experience.

I ordered the chef’s special of the day — a rosemary ham sandwich — and it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the balsamic onions? Stop it right now — they were amazing! Every bite was full of flavor and care.

The food was outstanding, the service was kind and attentive, and the whole atmosphere just felt genuine and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back soon!

An absolute gem worth seeking out. From the warm welcome to the nostalgic jukebox and curated dry goods, every detail adds to the charm. I tried the chef’s special, a rosemary ham sandwich, and it was outstanding. Perfectly matched flavors, and the balsamic onions took it over the top. Service was kind and attentive, and the whole space feels effortlessly inviting. Can’t wait to return for the gelato and baked goods.

Best Italian deli in Nashville, hands-down. The moment you walk in you feel the love. It’s ultra clean, organized, light, bright and airy. We’re originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, so we know a thing or two about top-tier food. Ingrassia & Sons Italian Deli is right up there with the best of the best. Not only is the food epic, but John the owner makes you feel like your family. You don’t get that too much these days. The love and passion in the food is apparent. We ordered the Porchetta and Chicken Cutlet sandwiches. 10/10 for both. Very much looking forward to going back and not only ordering those sandwiches again, but trying everything else on the menu.

The sandwiches here were on the pricy side, but worth every penny. We had the meatball sub and the chicken cutlet with prosciutto. It was also fun to explore the shop while we waited. Great addition to the neighborhood.

John, Pam and Jack have a truly delicious hit on their hands here in Nashville! We had the Godson and Porchetta sandwiches, both perfect, thanks in part of the in house baked bread. The Americanos were excellent as well. Looking forward to getting back there very soon.
Highly recommended!

$35 lunch. I got the Godson sandwich, side salad and cookie. The cookie was good. Definitely not worth the price. The sandwich was normal but mediocre considering the price.
The salad was close to. Nothing at all. I will not finish eating.

Amazing service, atmosphere, food, and drinks. The Porchetta was great and the only place in Nash you can get a pork belly/should roast sandwiches. The eggplant sandwich is also great. Eggplant ain’t easy to cook well and they crush it.

Ingrassia & Sons is easily one of the top sandwich spots in Nashville.

They also had The Boss on the stereo

This place is incredible. Hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. They have homemade gluten free focaccia bread, almost all sandwiches can be made gluten free. Everything was so fresh. Great coffee too. The owner is so nice. 10/10 recommend, you won’t be sorry!!

My son and I went on a Nashville Italian Sandwich tour and Ingrassia was one of our 5 stops. This joint blew everyone else away! The bread is absolutely incredible and made in house. We had the Spicy Italian Chicken Cutlet and it was fantastic!

Chicken was tender, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years and have owned my own place for the last 12. I was blown away this place was only open a few months. The staff was knowledgeable (actually why we ordered what we did) they were personable and fast.

I’m taking my wife tomorrow to try the cold Italians sub. The dude next to me had it and it looked great. Well done Ingrassia staff!!
