The aesthetic is cute, the service was very friendly and the food was ready in about ten mins. Ordered the single patty original burger with cheddar and small fries. Fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned a little peppery. Burger was a good size, thick patty and cooked medium well, good amount of toppings but to be honest the burger just had almost no flavor at all, not really seasoned or even salted as far as I could tell. Not *bad,* just bland. There may have been a little special sauce on there but not enough to tell. It was kind of like a decently good burger you’d have at someone’s backyard barbecue but nothing special and honestly I don’t think I’ll be back. There are just way, way better burgers in Portland and at $12 a pop the only special thing is the size of the serving. I really *wanted* to give this place five stars, they were very kind to me…

Bergy’s Burgers absolutely hit the spot. The patty was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor in every bite — juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they care about the quality of what they’re serving.
The food pod itself had such a fun, bright, and vibrant atmosphere, even on a cold night. It still felt inviting and lively instead of dull or dreary. I also really appreciated how much covered seating there was — plenty of space to sit, relax, and enjoy your food without worrying about the weather.
If you’re near Hawthorne in SE Portland and craving a seriously good burger in a cool outdoor setting, Bergy’s Burgers is absolutely worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back. ✨

YES!! Highly recommend! Very fresh and tasty. As a food critic, I actually can’t find a single thing I don’t love about this burger. Bergy’s is refreshing to find in the neighborhood, among a lot of burger options out there.
