This is the best Indian around. The food is excellent, with really good gluten-free options — including poppadoms for coeliacs. They’re always happy to swap meat for paneer in the curries we order too.
Always call them directly to order; it arrives quicker and in better condition than using the apps. If you eat in, it’s BYOB as well.

Consistently excellent – we visit a lot of curry houses and there are few that are as good as this one. There’s a wide choice on the menu with some superb speciality dishes, coupled with friendly and attentive customer service. We are lucky to live nearby but if you are thinking of travelling across Bristol to it I really recommend it – you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been to my fair share of curry houses in Bristol and i was looking forward to this because of all the good reviews. I thought the food was ok, what i ordered was fairly bland, who knows maybe i picked the only bland items on the menu haha.
I’ve tried saag paneer and pashwari naan at different curry houses and these did not hit the spot. The naan bread almost tasted like plain naan. (Shadin’s peshwari naan is )
And yea saag paneer bland, not very creamy. Ones I’ve had in the past are usually quite creamy and one of my faves!
I never usually get Biryani, so maybe i just don’t like Biryani but i thought it was fairly bland, and the veg curry that came with it also.
So overall not very impressed 🙁
However i will not lose faith and try again some other time with a different dish and hope the experience is better.
Staff i spoke with were very friendly and pick up process very quick 🙂 (it is a Wednesday tho so quite quiet).

Excellent food. Service is professional, friendly and caring. Even with the present Covid situation and with guidelines being followed, the guys have still managed to maintain a welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. A great asset to the area. If you visit once, I’m sure you’ll want to go back again!! Highly recommended!

Great food but delivery is beyond a joke it’s been an hour it’s apparently in the warming draw waiting for a driver but that was half an hour ago and still no food, last time I turned up at the restaurant when they told me this and it still took 20 mins to come out so clearly wasn’t made.

The food would have been very good like it always has been in restaurant but spoiled by the Just Eat courier.. as arrived very late, rude attitude and the food was crushed like it had been dropped or stood on or both… inedible.
Recommend you order directly from the restaurant… they were as helpful as they could be with our problem… telling us to contact Just Eat to get a refund.. except it is really hard to contact them so can only message… took 4 days to tell us our order had arrived because code had been given… umm not the problem?!… and refund of inedible food was dismissed.
Contacted them again and told quickly this time our complaint was still dismissed.

Loved it. I was with my nan and I turned round and said, ” do you want naan bread “, she thought I said nan bread and asked for a hovis best of both.

Any way, we had a right laugh.
