If I could I would give a no star rating. I haven’t had a donut from a donut shop in years and decided to give this place a try. When I walked in it was dark, hardly any lights on in this place, very off-putting. So me and my child walked over to the donut display area and as we were browsing a lady was there and would pull out the donut tray I was browsing so that I didn’t have enough time to see what they had to offer. Each tray I would move closer to the glass to see with my 11 year old child, this employee would slide that particular tray out of my view (purposely) so that I couldn’t browse, the whole thing was very strange and uncomfortable. Then I asked of they had churros and she rudely replied , “this is a donut shop we don’t have churros “. I’ve seen some donut shops that sell churros but anyway, my daughter picked a donut and I asked her what the donut with purple icing on the outside was and she said rudely “blueberry”, so I told her I wanted the blueberry donut and a hot chocolate for my daughter. We get home and I discovered she gave me the wrong donut, it was some random jelly filled donut that taste disgusting. My daughter’s hot chocolate cup almost slipped from her hand because the little outer ring that protects your hands was loosely placed by this employee, smh. This was my first and last time coming to this place. This lady was very rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. This lady doled out poor customer service all while playing gospel music and telling me to have a blessed day. UNBELIEVABLE

My small children and I were very excited to come to this donut shop for the first time, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
The employee immediately began rushing us. Although she heated a ham and cheese croissant for several customers in front of me, when it was our turn she told me I could take it cold because she “didn’t have time” to heat it.
She was very rude and rushed my children and me out. What should have been a fun first visit turned into a negative experience. We were all very disappointed and will not be returning.

EDIT: pls be aware of any establishment that has to flood the reviews with 5 stars after the community speaks up. This place is unprofessional… ain’t no way all these ppl had perfect experiences, got their name, and wrote reviews on google and yelp … smh !! – I’ve been coming here for months and these women are continuously rude and flat out disrespectful. No love for the business and seem like they hate servicing in the mornings. Which is a major let down since im a loyal paying customer. I never let it affect me or my order but today really disappointed me. I came in after dropping my sister off at school and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. (My usual) The first lady already seemed upset and rushed so I just order, pay, and sit down to wait. AGAIN NOT LETTING THEIR ATTITUDE AFFECT ME OR MY ORDER. After waiting about 10 mins I go to my car, wait for a few more minutes, then I came back inside. (Still not ready) I sat down and after a few minutes the Second Lady asked me over the counter was I waiting for something. I said yes my sandwich. She says “did you already order with the other lady” which I replied yes. Already, why is there no communication in the kitchen. At this point im already over waiting so long just to get asked why im waiting like I didn’t pay already. they started to get so defensive saying they were “waiting for the egg” and “a lot of ppl sit in here for no reason so i thought you were doing that”…. Then after bringing me a soggy sandwich the Second Lady proceeded to ask if I payed already … BRUH. I asked for a refund.. Not even hungry atp… I’m not an unreasonable person, I’ve worked in the morning food industry…. I don’t mind being patient but cmon. No communication between the kitchen or the PAYING customer. They weren’t apologetic at all, just so matter a fact abt the whole situation. They just told each other in Spanish “ok give her the money back but she can’t take the sandwich”. Any noble business would’ve politely apologized for the inconvenience and miscommunication, offered a refund, and gave a fresh sandwich as a courtesy. If they actually cared … I wish more places practiced basic hospitality. This all sucks bc I love their sandwiches but the attitude in the mornings really makes me lose my appetite. I can never eat from here in good faith again and I urge the community to do the same. These women do not like working and it shows.

Donut was okay, but it was a novelty donut. Super huge chocolate glazed donut! Hard to show in photos but it was about 8″ in diameter, HUUUUGE! I’ll be back to try the maple bars everyone raves about. The staff was cheerful and nice, the place was dark, no lights on, which was odd and not real welcoming. I saw well lit pics so maybe they were just saving on electricity… Not a big deterrent though, I’ll try them again, esp since they are across from Starbucks! If they had tables and chairs outside, it’d be a nicer place than Starbucks to sit and enjoy coffee and donuts.
