Last time walked up to the counter to have some staff ask me if I had a pick up, and just walk away and refuse me any service when I said I needed to put in an order, even telling others to do something else when thry tried to get my order.
Just now tried to use the drive thru just to be ignored, never get my order taken, and watch someone else drive up and get their order taken immediately. If you want food, don’t go here, they won’t even take your order.

My fiance orders from this location on door dash often. Almost everytime we order the order is wrong or missing food . Today we were missing two fries . The burgers were covered in grease including the wrapper . Most of the time we just complain to door dash and they offer us a refund . Today he called the store and spoke to “management ” and all they said was that they would talk to somebody about giving their employees proper training . We paid for food that was missing and burgers that we can’t even eat because they are drenched in grease and management didn’t even offer any kind of refund for the items that we paid for that were missing or to remake our burgers fresh. Very poor customer service .

Food lately has been cold, even when going through drive thru, burgers have unmelted cheese and taste dry and hard as if they’ve been sitting out for awhile.
Frozen Fantas are NEVER available.
But the last straw was tonight when we ordered through UberEats.
The ENTIRE first part of our order was missing. I called UberEats and the driver said she delivered what McDonald’s gave her, which means that they only gave her half of our order.
We are all sick, which is the whole reason that we used this delivery service, but my husband had to get in the car and drive over there anyway to rectify the missing food so that my entire family could eat (and not only some of us.)
He came home with everything except for a missing blue Fanta because… no surprise… the machine was down.
I tried to call McDonald’s and tell them, hey, maybe you could, you know, make sure all items are present, but their phone doesn’t even connect. I tried 3 times to call and when it finally did ring, it rang three times and disconnected.
But honestly, no one would care even if I did get through, so I guess nothing matters and this whole review is pointless.

I went to a McDonalds in North Tonawanda, NY off of Meadow drive , and there was a sign on the front door stating that the store closes between 2 and 3:30 everyday due to the teenagers being let out of school and the teenagers endanger the safety of the crew and customers. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I had a counter pick up and was unable to pick it up due to the doors being locked and that sign being posted on the door. This is absurd. I also had my toddler with me and she couldn’t use the bathroom since it was closed in the middle of the afternoon. This is poor management and something needs to be done about it. If teenagers are a hassle then have a cop patrol it. A store should Not close over teenagers. Theres got to be a better way. This is a disservice to the community.

Door dashed two separate times tonight. 1st time they completely forgot to put the happy meal in the bag. My nuggets were old as old gets. Second dash, the happy meal nuggets were also old as old gets. Being someone who used to work at McDonald’s, this is UNACCEPTABLE! There’s a timer for a reason. THROW THEM AWAY WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF.
