Great experience, personable employees. However, I asked for green peppers on my sandwich and the worker put on 1 and 1/2 slices. Peppers aren’t expensive. Sandwich was good, but please, add the appropriate amounts. It looked pretty sad. I don’t understand. Were they afraid of running out of product or just skimping?

First they put the wrong cheese on my cheese steak, and didn’t want to fix it. After she continued arguing with my husband she finally fixed it..Ẁhen we got home my husband realized his meatball parm was just dollar store quarter size meatballs barely sauce, and no cheese. The girl swore on the phone she put cheese on it.. she didn’t.. horrible, rude, and nasty service.. No manager on site.. Never again !

Friendly service and great subs. Anytime I order from here fast and friendly. I have never been disappointed when I come here. They typically know what I’m going to order, and that’s a great thing. Their pretzel long sticks our out of this world. Next time I go, I’m am getting a sub, a pretzel long stick, and a box of cookies .

We are a family of 6 and needed to stop to grab a bite to eat after being on the road. It was about 9pm when we all walked in restaurant, and they greeted us with smiling faces and we felt very welcome! The restaurant was very clean (as well as the bathrooms). After we started ordering for our family, 6 more people came in-Cynthia & Davonte didn’t miss a beat and provided friendly, quick, and professional service without making anyone feel like they were an inconvenience (which is unusual now a days). After we sat down to eat, we needed a few things and they didn’t hesitate to assist us, even though they had to put gloves back on.
Thank you for a great dinner after a long day! We will definitely stop through again at some point!

Went to the location in Clarksville. Guy behind the counter answered his phone and proceeded to touch counter top with his gloves on. Asked kindly to change gloves. He did. He proceeds to make my sandwich then turns to put in the toaster. I asked him if he can add onions before toasting with his back turned he immediately held his head back with an attitude. I asked him what was the problem and he began to argue with me. I asked him his name he stated Zach. I then ask who is his manager he stated he is (like he’s untouchable), I walk out and he stares go ahead leave. He is very unprofessional and rude. If this is how he treats and talks to customers he doesn’t need to be in customer service. I’m on my lunch break and because of him he has wasted my time and gas!

2 times in a row my order was messed up.. Amongst other times.. I blame my husband though because I’d rather pay a little more to get my subs a block away at Gino’s and get it right ! If you can’t read don’t take the orders subway !!

So since someone else has taken over this subway is not good. Today my husband found a broken piece of plastic in his sub and I had a steak sub order double meat offline and it looks like they just sprinkled the meat on it like it’s hardly anything looks like I have a vegetable sub. I won’t be coming back paid double meat on both got hardly anything and a piece of plastic waste of money. Wish I could have gave it zero stars and it’s sad cause I loved this place smh

This one lady is hateful, she always ask what you want, not how can I help you, she often breathes hard when you tell her what YOU WANT. She is very sloppy with her sandwich making and lord please don’t ask for salt she’ll give you a stroke. Just to be clear service sucks, little short black lady with short hair BEWARE!!!!

I asked for shredded mozzarella cheese on my wrap and they literally put 4 strands of shredded cheese on it. When I questioned the amount, she said she would have to charge me for extra cheese and to talk to the owner. This in my opinion is stingy and not a best business practice.

Sandwich was poorly made. I ordered grilled steak and cheese nothing on it they don’t honor subway coupons anymore so avoid if you have a coupon. Also ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub it was very dry and nothing on it
