I like this store always clean, most employees are nice food always good but tgere us ine worker that is always closing early. Not 2-3 minutes like 30-15 minutes early. If your supposed to be open until 10 and you stay open until 10. You don’t close the doors early and then when someone’s at the door stare at them and give them dirty looks and there’s one worker that does it

Over the past 2 years every sandwich shop in my area has increased its prices while simultaneously offering less product, this Subway is no different, the picture I posted was a ham, turkey and cheese….DOUBLE MEAT!! this sorry excuse for a sandwich is sadly now “the norm” for sandwich shops in CT. I paid $20 for bread and veggies.

Say they close at 10pm east haven subway.
Went there tonight at 940pm. Store Closed doors were locked.I knocked and the employee with red hair and lip stick just looked at me & tried to say something but obviously couldn’t hear becuase I was outside. Ridiculous she probably wanted to leave early and Closed early. When all I wanted was a sandwich. Would not reccomend this subway to anyone. Awful service.

The employee was nice that’s the 3 stars, I purchased a hot chicken sub and it was warm at best. I had stomach issues after from the sub, all hot food has to be 141 degrees or more, anything below that bacteria begins to grow. They only had 1 employee for online and walk in customers and that’s ridiculous! How can one person do all the orders and keep the place clean at the same time. I will not be going back there and it’s right around the corner of my house.

I am so sick and tired of this subway not honoring any of the coupons and making up all kinds of new rules. Every time I go there there’s another excuse why they don’t take which coupon or they don’t accept it for their basic sandwiches. I stopped going to this one. I will never set foot in this subway again ever because they’re rude and they don’t accept the coupons so I’d rather go to the other one in East Haven Connecticut then the one on Main Street do not go to the one on Main Street,

Been several times to this location, honestly because of my kids. For the first time I had some coupons that I have received in a mail. I had some free cookies, chips, drink. Apparently, you can only use one coupon with a purchase. So I decided to only use a coupon “buy two foot long for $”. Again, you can not choose from their variety, but only pre-selected sandwiches. Their management tells them how to process.
Of course my children don’t like what they offer, so I gave up on the coupons. Not a good experience…
This place needs personnel that welcomes you, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel it this time and most probably not going here anymore.

Holiday Paper Trees
-In the app I selected curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes for no one to come. Had to go inside to pick it up the whole time.
-Oder in the app. Didn’t even start it until I got there. Was not even busy.
