Bro asked me for my order three times and then didn’t upgrade me to the free 32oz that they offer on Fridays.

The service was appalling, Waffle House at 2am in Atlanta with a passed out server has better service than this place. 1 star for making the smoothie fast though.

Also corporate replies the same copy paste to every review, tells you to email them to address concerns and does nothing about it. What actions are you taking to resolve the issues people are bringing up?

Worst service ever. Went to order and was barely greeted, just told it was going to be awhile and then employee closed window and didn’t take order. Will never come back to this smoothie king.

It took almost 30 minutes to get a smoothie. While smoothies are always great. Waiting in line with 4 cars in front of you for close to half an hour is unbelievable. Saw at least 4 vehicles get out of line – so that is lost business. Streamline your processes better.

Wonderful place!! I get angel food every time with lots of vitamins love it so much!! My family and friends go here all the time especially when feeling depleted or unwell the first sip instantly makes you feel rejuvenated and better!! Everyone there is so nice as well, We are all so happy it came to town thank you smoothie king!!
