My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinners – steak and hamburger. The food was well prepared, tasty, and affordable. We were pleased by the high quality of the meat for both entrees. The service was efficient and friendly. The only recommendation has nothing to do with the food or service. The owners should invest in decorations and lighting in the dinning room.

I moved to chapin off of amicks ferry one year ago, and we have been meaning to try griffins. Today is Friday the December 30th. I made reservations for my wife and I to celebrate our 33rd anniversary 2 weeks ago and we just received an email from griffins that our reservations were canceled by the restaurant. So I called to find out why were my reservation canceled. To be told were sorry but timberlake is having a members only ticket dinner. And we were supposed to have notified you days ago. So the night before my 33rd anniversary with my beautiful wife we will be spending it at home. Obviously at 10 o’clock the night before news yrs eve it’s hard to find a place to spend our special evening. I’m retiring in our dream home .08 of a mile from this restaurant and I will probably never enter there doors. What a shame. But I am very upset and it won’t be the end of this story! Horrible management team!!

There has been a drastic improvement from my past experiences here. It was not perfect but it was very good. I had the Salman and it was cooked perfect but the rice was not warm, the mushrooms were amazing. Cesar salad needed more dressing but overall pretty good. Overall 4 stars and I’ll be back.

Tried Griffin Chophouse at Timberlake tonight with friends and had a great experience. The filet and tomahawk steak were amazing. Prices were reasonably for the quality of the food. Our server Jacob was very good and very attentive. Will definitely go back!!

Tried to seat us in door way of dining room . We had made a reservation Asked if we could have a different table. There were 3-4 unoccupied, waitress said no so we left.
Don”t know what would have been so hard. They lost out. Need someone in there that knows how to run a restaurant.

Very busy last night, short staffed like everywhere else. That being said you would not have known it, Everyone was nice, polite and we had multiple people that were not our servers check on us. Great teamwork!
