I enjoy pick up pizzas from Papa John’s. The favor is something above the rest of the other pizza restaurants.

Do not order the Papa Dippa. It’s the worst pizza I ever tasted. Plus it was supposed to be specially cut. 16 pieces. Mine was 16 but some pieces were 4” and the others were 12”. That’s some great attention to detail for a specialty pizza. They don’t even deliver their own pizzas so they come very cold.

Ordered from them and received cheesey bread that was raw dough and a stuffed crust pizza without any sauce. On top of that employees have admitted to coworkers working while actively sick with covid..

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from the Elk River Papa Johns. Both times we ordered extra sides of the marinara sauce, and both times is was SPOILED. Smelled awful and sour, tasted even worse. So my first question is, why are they not using the standard Papa John’s issued sauces? Instead you get basic disposable to-go cups with sauce in it. I am assuming they are doing this to cut costs. Well unfortunately, it’s not working for ya. They are sitting too long and going bad. Will not order again from a store with such poor quality control.

Used to be one of my favorite pizza places to go. This is literally paper thin and it’s ALL burnt. I have been disappointed the 2 last times I have ordered here

It had been a while since I last came to this Papa John’s location, but I decided to give them another try recently when I heard they were under new ownership. My experience was far better than the last time I visited.
The pizza was fantastic! The staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, which really enhanced the overall dining experience.
If you haven’t been to this Papa John’s in a while, it’s definitely worth a visit. The new owners have revitalized the store, and it’s now a great place for both takeout and dining in.

This review is strictly about the gluten free pizza. It’s terrible. $15 for cardboard. Very disappointing. Please research how to make a good gluten free pizza, and taste it yourself prior to selling.

We ordered 1 large pizza for take out with a 7:30pm pick up time. At 6:42pm we get a text that is ready. Called the store and was told they’d remake it and it will be hot and fresh at 7:30pm. It was definitely not remade. It was the worst papa johns pizza I’ve ever had. I’d give 0 stars if I could. What a waste of $21.

We placed an online order, and then I called to verify to make sure they saw we had a food allergy. They were very respectful and helpful. The lady was working solo at the time and still made sure she took care in our order. She took it very seriously and cautiously with fresh glove change, wiped down the area she was making our pizza, new pizza pans and even a new clean pizza cutter for when the pizza came out! We love when places take care and put effort especially when it comes to food allergies! Thank you for the top notch service!!! We love this papa John’s! I don’t recall the ladies name, she is a little older, and a grandma to kiddos with allergies! I want to say personally, Thank you!

Not enough cheese to call it pizza. Dough with inexpensive ingredients lightly added. Find another place. Hard working people low quality products. Sad
