I went here on a whim while heading to Ipswich and was taken aback by how wonderful and quaint this place was. No fuss, no gimmicks, no plates to wash – just simple country breakfast made with love and good ingredients. It’s cash only and in a very cool spot. It was full of locals and the eves-dropping was the best. I loved these people and the fact that we stopped here.

Bucky’s Skillet serves the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The French toast was thick and fluffy, delicious with every bite. The over-easy eggs were perfectly cooked, with the yolks just the right consistency to complement the toast. My two kids and I were thoroughly impressed by the quality and flavors. The restaurant even had a friendly dog named Oliver and a play area for kids, making the experience even more enjoyable for families. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Bucky’s Skillet for an exceptional breakfast experience!

It’s hard to find a good home cooked meal like Bucky’s. Everything is cooked on cast iron and tastes fresh and flavorful! Prices are fair for the portions and quality, especially supporting so many surrounding local businesses! Lots of hometown history on display adds to the welcoming atmosphere.
