I go to this location a lot, and overall my experience has been good! I’ve come to notice that when doing online orders the portions tend to be smaller than if you go inside and order. I dont blame the staff at all, I imagine it happens due to having to juggle online orders and those in the restaurant, but its a pattern thats happened a few times so I thought it was worth mentioning.
The staff themselves are very kind and polite. The restaurant is very clean, and well organized. Overall good experience!

I am honestly trying to think of one positive thing to write. I guess it was not crowded so we were helped right away?
This location is a joke. I’ve given them another try a few times but I am done.
What went wrong:
1. Out of Black Beans, so we had to have Pinto. Not a deal breaker but not great either.
2. Sofritas was almost empty. You would think they would get more? Nope, they scraped and scraped the container to try and give enough for a serving.
3. As we got the bottom of the container, they were dry and overcooked. Obviously sat in the container for a long long time.
4. Honey Chicken. Once again they were almost out. I literally maybe got one ounce of chicken. I thought the lady behind the counter was going to ask for more from the grill? Nope.
5. She then pushed my bowl to the next person quickly. Umm, I would like some peppers and onions please.
6. They were annoyed when I asked for medium and spicy salsa. Just give me half a scope if I’m asking too much.
You can see my photos. I had not touched any of the meat. Just pushed it to the side to see the actual portion.
Look at the reviews. Over and over again people get their orders and they are half filled. Missing meat. Missing items. And the place is dirty.
No more chances.

I feel bad for the employees here. Only 2, one serving one cooking, I can see working in the front, probably more for drive up line. When I arrived the line was 10 deep, took about 15 minutes to get to the front. This was on a night for a school fundraiser, which I assume is setup outside the locations view. Corporate help your staff, communicate.
Online pickup was also about 20 mins after promise time. Also, missing an item that I had to drive back and get.

1st time ordering on line for pickup. Usually I go in to order. I ordered 2 meals picking out what we did and didn’t want. We both ended up with things we didn’t order and we were both missing things we did order. Also the meat portion was a lot smaller ordering on line than it always is when you order in person. We will not order on line again!

I recently visited Chipotle and had a satisfying experience. As always, the quality of the ingredients was impressive. I opted for a burrito bowl with chicken, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, fajita veggies, and a generous portion of guacamole. Each component was fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The chicken, in particular, had just the right amount of char, giving the bowl a nice smoky flavor.
The service was efficient and friendly. Even though it was during the lunch rush and the line was fairly long, the staff worked quickly to prepare orders. I also appreciated that they took care to make sure each ingredient was properly portioned, which made my meal feel like a great value, even if the prices have gone up a bit over time.
That said, one downside to this visit was the additional charge for guacamole, which always feels a little excessive considering it’s a staple topping for many. However, I can’t deny that it’s delicious, so I don’t mind splurging on it from time to time.
Chipotle continues to stand out for its commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients, and I love that they offer so many options for customizing meals. The atmosphere was clean and casual, and the staff was polite and attentive.
Overall, while the prices might be a bit higher than some other fast-casual chains, I think Chipotle remains a solid choice for a quick, flavorful, and customizable meal. I’ll definitely be back!!!

My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 6:20pm but still wasn’t in the mobile order pickup rack at 6:26pm. I asked the cashier if my order would be ready soon and they walked to the back and grabbed my bag off the rack near the drive thru. My order had been sitting there since 6:20 or earlier while my wife and I sat there waiting for it to show up in the mobile area. I asked the manager why my order was in the back and not where it was supposed to be. He told me it’s because people steal them. I can appreciate that but then put a sign up stating that instead of having food getting cold in a different area while people unknowingly wait. Manager didn’t really seem to care if I was happy or not. There are many other options out there where staff actually care about customer service. Obviously not high up on Chipotle’s list.

I walked to the location for a pickup as it was 30 min before it closed. As there was some cleaning I didn’t mind. But anyway I asked for my order of the chicken burrito and everything of my preferences and it went pretty good of my experience! I don’t know what are different issues people have as it was pretty good and how the person took my order well!
