Another wonderful experience in a clean and inviting room. Staff are always so kind and efficient. They take great pride in their quality of food and hospitality. Tried the new Spicy Seafood bowl today and it was excellent! It came with shrimp, mussels, calamari, fish cakes (the best I’ve ever had), fish balls, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, an egg, and ramen noodles. They put the chili ️ spice on the side which allowed me to get it to the perfect heat level. Would definitely recommend this place. From Pho, to wings, to tea, and coffee, I’ve never tried anything that I haven’t loved from here.
First Visit:
Outstanding Pho and Egg rolls in an impeccably clean restaurant. Excellent service with a smile. The care and love for the food and their standards shine through the flavors and presentation. Love their iced coffee and tea selections. They also provide generous portions. This establishment delivers on all fronts!
We got the beef rice noodle dish, and while the flavors and vegetable roll were really good, the beef was a little tough but still tasty. Maybe it needed a little longer braising. The boba milk tea is quite tasty and they will adjust sweetness on some drinks for you.
The staff are friendly a nice and it is always clean. We’re happy to have a nice Vietnamese option close by and will continue to be customers!!!
There was a bit of a wait, about 15 minutes and like 4 people ahead of us. The place was very clean. Once we ordered, it took about 10 minutes to get our food and drinks.
The pho bowls were huge and were only one size, me and my wife could definitely share one. The pho came with plenty of herbs like culantro, basil, bean sprouts, lime and there was all the typical sauces, with a few that looked like they were made in house. The food actually came with a small cup of what I think was a very light green tea. It actually was extremely refreshing and nice to sip between bites.
The pho broth itself was relatively clear. It was slightly sweeter than normal, and lots of aromatics. The noodles were good with a little bounce. We got a good portion of meat. Brisket, flank, tripe, and tendon. All good quality. Overall great.
The coconut matcha was cool because the matcha was sat on top of the coconut water. We shook it before we got a picture lol. It was the perfect amount of sweet and so good.
The Vietnamese coffee was thick and creamy, lots of ice though, but that’s to be expected. It was a good quality drink for sure!
Overall I would definitely come back!
The bread items beautifully showcase the harmony between the spirit of Asia and the elegance of French baking culture.
The noodles fell a bit short of a true specialist’s touch, but the broth had an authentic local flavor.
