And this Domino’s on 2520 Southeast bouldercrest road has got to be one of the best Domino’s that I’ve experienced in my 40 something years of eating Domino’s. If delivery didn’t take 2 hours past the “quality check”, it wouldn’t be too bad. This location consistently lets pizza sit out for hours before delivering. Gets to us lukewarm and terrible. And they don’t ever answer the phone! If you like being on hold for 45min give them a call.

Ordered pizzas online for my maintenance staff and some pasta bowls for myself. Added 2 dipping cups as well. Price was typical. Delivery time was longer than originally specified online. When the driver arrived he did not have my dipping cups and told to call store for refund. Ok so I took pizzas to whom I bought them for only to discover all 4 pizzas were burnt beyond crisp! I will start ordering from a different pizza delivery location because dominos not only burnt the pizzas they burnt the bridge to my continued business.

I had placed an order for mango habanero wings with a pepperoni cheese bread after 5.00 pm and I called the store because I noticed that order was marked delivered and they inform me that they are short on staff but order is coming up and on the way. Call back at 6.35pm they said order on way and it will be hot. The order came at 7.18 pm and it was cold so at this point I did not want the order anymore. I am disappointed please do better.

Now this doesn’t make any sense. Not only was the pizza cut any kind of way but the wings weren’t even thoroughly cooked. On top of that I’ve never seen flat pita bread looking garlic knots sold from dominos ever in my life. You all definitely need to do better especially when we’re paying for the food. I will never order from here ever again.

The guy was making pizza with no gloves and not washing his hands in between orders, touching the door, giving hand shakes, pulling up his pants the team did more socializing than working and had a bunch of friends standing around crowding an already small space. People were talking about fighting customers and the pizza itself was trash. It wasn’t cut properly, they were out of ingredients I will not be back and the health department needs to go visit them asap

I was sitting in front of the store no one would answer the phone so I went up to the door which was locked The customer inside let me in I asked them why they were not answering the phone he told me they were not taking any more Carry out orders And he was extremely rude about it I think that’s BS not taking orders 2 hours before closing I could see 15-20 minutes or even a 1/2 hour but 2 hours I won’t be back and

Dirty manager, who put me on hold for over 35 minutes and then hung up the phone. After I got there he lied and said another employee did it, but I was there before he hung up the phone. He was very rude until he found out it was me who he was talking to. I asked for the manager or owner number, he said he was, I am tired of poor service, when you are spending your money.
