We ordered Plov, Lagman, Manty, Samsa with pumpkin. We loved every dish!
Pasta for Lagman is handmade, meat and vegetables are cooked in front of you and this is a show! The seating area is decorated in Uzbek style. We will come back many times, Mazali.

Delicious food with the taste of home! Glad there is a small little area to sit and eat your food. Owners are very kind and accommodating! I tried a slice of one of their cakes and they kindly made me an entire cake with a last minute order during the holidays! It was the favorite cake at the party. Grateful to have a unique restaurant in Charlotte!

I visited Mazali yesterday for first time. We were looking for Uzbek food in Charlotte for long and accidentally found about Mazali. The food is great. Very flavorful and tasty.
The plov rice is fluffy and the tase is very rich. Samsas dough is crispy and filling are juicy. Soooooo gooood!
Chef said they are moving to the front kitchen in November and they will have some sitting available for 12 people. Will definitely visit again.
Thank you very much!

We ordered Mastava soup and Lagman. The taste was very good, and we really enjoyed the food. However, the Mastava soup portion was not full — it seemed like the last serving. It would have been better to inform us that the soup was almost finished or out of stock, rather than serving a smaller portion. Overall, the flavor was great, but portion consistency needs improvement.

1: Best noodles in the universe!
2: Nicest owners in the universe.
Because of a work opportunity, I was able to watch their team making various dishes a few months ago. Tonight I finally got to try things: yum!
Manty with pumpkin, samsa with pumpkin & samsa with potatoes, boso lagman & guiru lagman…tasty, handmade comfort food that’s good for you.
But those noodles: wow!
I took a bite of noodle before combining things. Flavorful, delightfully chewy, and about a mile long, therefore just fun to eat. Perhaps criminal but I ate half totally as-is (dare I call them naked?!).
Wishing Mazali continued success!

I have never tried Uzbek food but was craving something cozy for a cold winter night. The plov, achik-chuchuk, and kulcha were delicious! The plov was well seasoned with warm spices and crispy chicken. I did find the bread to be a bit on the drier side but still good. Will definitely be back!

I ordered food from Mazali for a party of 8, and everything was absolutely fantastic! The Plov was rich and flavorful, the Lagman perfectly balanced with tender noodles and delicious broth, and the meringue shortbread cake was out of this world — light, sweet, and unforgettable. Every guest loved it! Highly recommend Mazali for anyone looking for authentic, beautifully made Uzbek cuisine in Charlotte.

Tried Uzbek cuisine in Charlotte for the first time, and the order came out pretty quickly. The plov was incredible, the dough for the samsa perfectly crispy, but the boso lagman had too much soy sauce, and the veggies weren’t fresh – tasted like frozen ones. Overall, definitely recommend! ⭐️

Stumbled upon this hidden gem for some takeout and was blown away by the food!! I had never had Uzbek food, and as a vegan it can be hard to find spots to grab cool new food, but this was amazing! Go check it out!
