I am not a huge fan of BBQ because many times people use too much smoke for my taste. These guys did pretty good. The wings had just the right kick. The burnt Ed’s were good. I didn’t eat the sandwich. My husband said it was good. A little pricey. Everything seems to be that way.

From the south and picky about my barbecue. Could smell the place from the parking lot behind the building. Got the swinosaurus so we could try everything, with potato salad, Mac n cheese, and collard greens. It also comes with rolls!
Pulled pork- 10/10 still juicy, pulls apart, has its own flavor.
Pulled chicken- 8/10 not as juicy as the rest but still flavorful.
Brisket- 10/10 amazing. Flavorful. Good color. Good stretch, nice and soft. Juicy.
Ribs- 9/10 don’t be fooled, they come without sauce and look like they would be dry but they were soft. First bite separated the whole piece from the bone. Wish you could pick dry or wet because that sauce always seals that last piece of moisture in.
Jalapeño cheddar sausage- 10/10 delicious, flavorful without being spicy, juicy. Don’t want to assure it’s house made but it didn’t seem over processed and the jalapeno in it was real (not dehydrated/processed).
Burnt ends- torn so I’m not giving a number. The pro is the flavor is unreal and they weren’t super fatty like most burnt ends, con was they weren’t burnt. We are in Colorado so I think that’s a region thing but I like them a little crispy on the edges. Still worth the order.
Potato salad was good, needs a little extra seasoning, same for the Mac. The collard greens weren’t my style, couldn’t place the flavor. Not sure if they’re steeped with the chicken?
Worth the drive, will be returning.

Must try spot! St. LOUIS style ribs smoked with cherry wood, flavors from their house rub and candied style ribs were fall off the bone. The star was the burnt ends..i could of eaten a pound by myself. Pulled pork and the brisket were tender we added their house bbq sauce for the win!

Jaime helped us out and he was absolutely delightful and had great recommendations on what to get. Highly recommend the green chili mac as it isn’t super spicy but has tons of chili flavor and very creamy. The brisket and pulled pork were delicious especially with the house made bbq sauce. Make sure to go early because this location is popular and was almost sold out of brisket and did sell out of burnt ends.

I found this new barbecue spot, which has an interesting mash of flavorings that tantalizes your mouth. I had the boss sandwich, which was amazing. They added this wonderful green chili queso onto their sandwich which gives it an interesting kick. My husband loved the habanero blueberry wings which were out of this world. Spectacular customer service. They make you feel welcomed which is hard to find these days. I give this place a perfect score and will definitely be back again.

My family thought the wings, chicken, and brisket were really dry. The burnt tips, rolls, and mac and cheese were top notch! Now that we know what we like we’ll know what to order next time. The guys at the counter were awesome. So friendly and helpful.

Meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Both the Burnt End Sandwich and the Pulled Pork Sandwich were large and flavorful. OG Mac n Cheese was well seasoned and super creamy. Didn’t get any of the Cherry Smoked Beans because we ate so late, but SSBBQ didn’t let us down and swapped out for 2 Macs. But HANDS DOWN the BEST Banana Puddin’ you’ve ever tasted. Made me question my homemade. Needed more bananas is my only critique. Added to the top of my Dash, even though I pay b/c they are a bit far away.
