This is TRULY New York Pizza. The Crust the cheese and taste take you to New York. The Sicilian is to die for. The regular 16 inch cheese is fabulous. I am going out on a limb and going to say everything is good here. Worth the drive to go here. Highly recommended.

What’s the old saying about pizza? When it’s good, it’s great. When it’s mediocre, it’s still good. Something like that, I think, is an accurate description of the pizza I was served for lunch today.
I ordered their 2-slice lunch special. One was just plain cheese pizza and the other was sausage and onion. In retrospect, I should have ordered two pieces of cheese pizza. The sauce was pretty plain, blended completely smooth and more along the lines of tomato sauce than pizza sauce. The layer of cheese was somewhat see-through (see the picture).
The sausage was cut from a cooked link with the casing (not a natural casing) left on such that it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise when I first bit into it. The onions were not given enough time to cook properly and still had a healthy amount of crunch and harshness to them.
The price was right, the service was prompt and they did get me out the door in a reasonable amount of time.

Definately worth the drive to try some authentic New York style pizza, garlic bread, and spaghetti. The pizza crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy soft on the inside.
The service was top notch and we might have been speaking Italian by the time we left 😉

It’s almost up to my expectations for real New York pizza. The crust is perfect, the sauce and cheese could use more flavor however. Overall its probably the best pizza you’d find in Missouri, there’s not much competition around here. However I feel like the stuff back home just hits it better.

As an East Coast transplant to the Midwest, this place hits home! If you want the real NY style pizza, this is the only place to go. We had the white ricotta spinach pizza and added meatballs and fresh garlic to it. 10/10

My boyfriend is on a mission to find the best pizza in mid-Missouri.
Tonight we went to Brooklyn Pizza. For years I’ve driven by the sign posted on I-70 and never stopped until today.
It’s your typical small town restaurant. Everybody seemed to know every one else by first name giving it a very friendly neighborhood vibe.
We kept it simple and just ordered a pizza with the Italian sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese. The crust was wafer thin and the grease pooled in the pepperoni which, according to my boyfriend, is exactly how it’s supposed to be.
The pizza was good. The Italian sausage was excellent! I really liked the paper-thin crust ans the crispy edges.
Under the recommendation of a friend we also ordered dessert, the chocolate chip canolli and spumoni. The canolli I think was my favorite part of the meal.
I very much thought this was worth the 30 minute drive to taste this local favorite. We will be back.

Great Pies. A great place felt welcomed and appreciated here and felt a lot like home.
The pizza is great. I went with the half sausage half cheese and it was delicious. Go get you some of this taste of perfection.

I called to order pizza for pick up at 7:28, 32 minutes before closing. The phone was answered and then no one answered on the other end. I can hear people so I guess the workers decided to be done taking orders from customers for the night. Then called back to get a a busy signal until finally a recoding with the wrong date. I order pizza’s every time I come to Fulton to see my kids. I guess that’s how your loyal customers get treated.
