BEWARE AUTOMATIC TIP SKETCHY SCAM
They automatically charge you $1.25 tip that “goes directly to the boss” when you pay.
They can’t give you the money back and will argue with you about it.
In the end I was offered a cookie for almost being legally robbed.
I was so disgusted and lost my appetite I gave my footlong to a homeless person.

Good place for quick bite. I wanted the veggie patty and they didn’t have it. But they had chicken Buffalo and teriyaki which I ordered.

Can’t understand or speak English. Took them about 20 minutes just for them to place my order . Save yourself the time and go to a different location. They also didn’t greet us or seem to be happy to be at work.

Worst Subway ever. My buddy ordered his lunch on the app. They never made it even though it was already paid for and he had to back to work without getting anything to eat. He tried speaking with them to resolve the problem, but all they made was excuses.

I haven t been here in about 8 mos., but the service went downhill.
When I got there, no one was there. The only employee was out side taking a break. I waited 5 to 7 minutes for him to come back. Then I ordered 2 tuna subs. There wasn’t much tuna left in the container so instead of getting more, he gave me half scoops in the spoon. It was mostly mayonnaise. I mentioned that to him and he simply asked what else I’d like on the sandwich. If I wasn’t so hungry after getting off of work I would have walked out.
The previous employees were Very friendly. Nothing at all like this guy.

Customer service is horrible at this location they don’t take coupons and they stopped the sub of the day special but other locations still have it don’t come here spend your money elsewhere

Lady working there in the evening was Rude! Not sure about her name but she is Indian and I went on a Wednesday I believe. I asked her to put more tuna on my sandwich as she was putting very little which annoys me because I am paying a decent price for a sandwich and she made fun of me being sarcastic and asking me if I wanted more tuna and showing me in an exaggerated portion. Won’t be returning here even though is close to my house!!!!! Also felt she didn’t charge me right as she didn’t even gave me my receipt! Better work on custumer service!

Do not come here! Ordered 2 turkey italianos and the guy tried to charge me $30 total for the extra meat just because it wasn’t on the actual menu.
Watch your receipts and make sure your not getting over charged .

Overall not a bad place, but very understaffed. I was picking up a doordash order here and there was only one person working everything. Kudos to the employee. Due to working alone, he was a little backed up in orders but was very polite and professional.

Very rude on the phone .they kept hanging up on me they Couldn’t speake English or understand what i was saying . Try to cancel a order and couldn’t understand what I was asking .
