Placed an order spare rib tip with white rice and they send me this, i order fried dumplings and this is what I get!!! The only good order was the iced tea, the rest was completely off. Called to let them know and the put me on hold for about 10 min to speak to the manager and just to say, “sorry we dont have any driver’s available and we cant do anything about it! Talk about customer service!!! Never again.

The worst worst food I have ever had in my life. My steamed dumplings were burnt, how do they burn a steam dumpling??? My ribs, chicken wings fried rice, noodles egg roll all were horrible. Probably old as yesterday. Call them to let them know , no one speaks English, no one knows anything. Then they put someone on the phone and she tells me they never delivered to me. Funny I have receipt from Grubhub. Department of Health will be busting this disgraceful place. Puke

my 15 year old son invited me here for Thanks Giving Day Dinner he only had $20.00 . I ordered chicken and broccoli. They gave me rotten chicken. The smell of the chicken was putrid. I demanded new chicken but the owner refused She refused a refund or new chicken.

Food is great but unfortunately the service sucks and I would give it a 0 if I could. I waited almost 2 hours for my food to get here and I asked for a discount first they say you can have the two homemade iced teas for free then they say no you have three dollar discount the next time you order. Unacceptable the runaround that I just kept getting from them.

Well, all Chinese restaurants get food from the same supplier. So to compare the taste between places in the same area is essentially useless.
That is to address the posts that this place has better food, the other one is horrible. It’s just being reheated for many products.
I was buying food in China Taste for about a year, it was not always the same, not because they made it different but because supplier had different stock.
One thing for certain, in the North Bergen and nearby areas that was the cheapest place. And I never had any issues with customer service (contrary to other take-outs).
Unfortunately, as of Jan 6, 2022 the business is closed. Now might have to pay for credit card charge, delivery charge and 10% more for food cost. That is beside demanded tip or no food delivered. (Chinese often don’t pay the delivery man at all). That’s the info after my research yesterday.
**UPDATE it looks like owners resolved their problems and restaurant back to business on Jan 10, 2022.

Customer service is poor when orders are wrong.
I placed an order with this restaurant and unfortunately, 2 of the orders were mixed up. I called to tell them what happened and before I was able just reorder the 2 orders and spend more money, the manager did not let me speak AT ALL and just hung up on me just like that. I was being super polite throughout, so it was uncalled for.
This place has good reviews, but they just lost a long time customer with me. I am very disappointed with this outcome.
