Zero starts if I could
RAVI horrible customer service
I placed an online order while inside the store and politely asked if I could add extra pickles and jalapeños. RAVI refused and said the sandwich had to be made exactly as ordered online. When I asked about a refund, RAVI told me to handle it online.
After I asked if we could just make the sandwich, RAVI made me wait while three other customers ordered even though my order was already placed. When the sandwich was started, RAVI heated the onions with the meat. I asked if the onions could be added after heating, and RAVI then refused to make my order at all.
I was on my lunch break and just wanted a quick, peaceful meal. Instead, the interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative

I was really impressed with this Subway. I probably only go to a Subway chain maybe 2-3 times a year.
First off, they let me use their very clean restroom before I order.
Then, the amazing $4.99 footlong sandwich deals!
The guy making the sandwiches was very fast and multi tasking. While he was heating up the sandwich of the customer ahead of me, he started prepping my bread. When he finished up with the other customer, he replaced his gloves! Huge plus for me! While he was heating up my sandwich, he opened a microwave, stirred a container full of meatball marinara, closed it to microwave 4 more minutes, then he went back to my sandwich. While he was ringing me up, he gave the lady behind me a beverage cup so she could get started on her soda. Very efficient and excellent customer service. The spicy Italian sandwich was really good as well. He did not skimp on the fresh vegetables or cheese!

I went in an ordered a 6.99 deal online. I had added special instructions which the guy did not follow I asked him nicely to remake it. He said he couldn’t remake it because he did not read the special instructions because he had another ticket. I had to keep saying it was his fault and he had to remake it or give me a refund. He makes my sandwich in a bad mood. Never coming here again!

Claims that she couldn’t accept my coupon I got in the mail FOR THIS LOCATION. So I placed an order online with the same coupon she said she couldn’t accept and it went through… she is currently making my food. I’m not sure what happened after 2020 but nobody has any customer service anymore. How can you not accept a coupon YOUR company sent out in the mail for people to use. She did not say hi nor greet us when we got to the counter

I am not sure why this location is rated low. My experience was great. I ordered it using app and picked up from Subway. It was made great and fresh. In fact, sandwich Artist lady told me that she took extra care while making my sub. She was correct and it has all ingredients and amount. I enjoyed it.
