I absolutely love this Smoothie King! Their smoothies are always so fresh and amazing, and honestly they’re the only thing that gets me moving in the morning. I come in pretty regularly, and the manager on shift is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s nice being treated like a usual. Highly recommend!

Visited this location as it’s my regular smoothie location. Walked in no problem as the one who made my smoothie was pleasant. However, I went to the register to inform one of the young ladies that one of items I purchased was not on the wall. I politely came up.
She literally rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders basically saying what do you want me to do. Horrid service. If that wasn’t her job, she only needed to say let me get a manager or someone who can assist you. I will likely return, but I don’t know if she thought I was young or what not but that for me is unacceptable service.

Listen this was the most impressive experience today… short on time and they made it happened. Employee Amaune said wait this not fast enough flew to the back and got manager Chryssie that came out with her super cap to save the day… exceptional customer service, friendly, quick and with a smile. AVOID!! I tried to support local businesses in Florissant as often as I can. However, this Smoothie King needs some attention. The staff are usually very nice when I visit, but the store, OMG is dirty. From the entry vestibule to the counter. I go further out in St. Charles
for a better experience. To the owner(s), keep your response of “were sorry blah, blah…” and clean up your store!

This location needs attention. Smoothie king is great but this location is always sub par.
Waiting to get your smoothie always takes long.
Today I went around 3:00 pm and they were saying it was 20-30 before I could get a smoothie.

Workers are trying hard to keep up with orders. Understaffed. Ordered via app 45 minutes ago and still waiting. More workers needed. I come here often and ALAYS takes longer than a smoothie should.
Person the drive through has been here for 25 minutes.

Went to this location yesterday through drive thru. Sat at the order board for arleast 2 minutes before the young lady asked what I wanted. After ordering made it to the window. Im the only vehicle in line. 5 minutes go by no one has come to the window. Now there’s atleast 4 cars behind me. Still no one has come to the window. When she finally comes to the window. She asked what I ordered 3 times then asked who I ordered with?? Still my order has not been made. I had to drive off empty handed

Absolutely terrible no professonal customer service the wait times are horrible (30+ minutes in the deive thru before we could even pay) for the smoothie to be melted or taste like ice. They dont wear gloves when they prepare the smoothies. Nobody wears uniform or looks like an employee and when you ask a question the ladies at the kiosk have an attitude. Will never spend my money here again and quite honestly this location should be shut down

I came at 6 PM, dining room closed, ok. Ordered ahead online 30 minutes out. I pulled up to the drive thru and they made my order on the spot. Service was horrible. One of the workers was licking a spoon off something she tried or made.
Should’ve read the reviews beforehand, everything I said has happened and is happening. I give it two stars because they still at least got my order right. Now I’m glad I didn’t look inside my cup to see what they possibly could’ve added in.
Not worth visiting.

They could not be bothered to even say hello. The 2 people there ignored us for a good few minutes. Manager had headphones on with a private conversation. Then the 2 started arguing in front of us. Let it go for now and take care of customers. RUDE!
