It takes us about almost 30 minutes to get there but here the couple of times we have order we have gotten what we request. The other Little Ceasers Pizza places they not only get the wrong order but they don’t even apologize for getting it wrong. Here after going for a couple of times, they have always gotten my order right and everything is hot and fresh. We do recommend it to anymore who wants to get what they are paying for and fresh and hot too. Thank you guys and especially to Andres….

The Worst customer service. This has happened every time we try and call and make an order over the phone at this pacific location (collier/pineridge). The employees just either don’t like to talk to people, maybe horrible at multi tasking, don’t care or all of the above. Three strikes you are out! They screw the order up every time. Don’t order delivery! The last 3 times we have ordered delivery they forget something. This time they forgot half of our order! Don’t bother calling the store with issues, they will pass the blame to DoorDash. The store also refused to issue refund for food not received. They said there was no manger on duty so I would have to call back tomorrow. Told me to contact Door Dash to complain… but we ordered from the Little Caesars app, not door dash?!?!
Also, the portion of the order we did receive was not safety sealed in anyway. Pizza box wide-open with no sticker or seal. A deranged driver could easily contaminate our food! This is a health and safety issue. Never again!

I go in there and ask for a Pepperoni, Hawaiian pizza with a crazy combo and the girl repeats it as cheese, hawaiian and crazy combo. I corrected her and gave her my original order and then had to correct her again. I thought the girl finally understood the second time but she didn’t. Not to mention the wait to even get my change and receipt back was ridiculous. I finally got my change and receipt right when they made the pizzas. I got home and the first box i see is a cheese pizza. I will say that I’m really frustrated. Do better please.

Placed an order of 9 large pizza pies, with various toppings, and specific slicing instructions, over the phone, for pick up, on a recent Friday evening during the dinner rush hour.
Background noise at the location from where I placed the order made communication difficult.
Cathy, at this Little Caesars, Collier Blvd. location was patient with me and remained professional, courteous and thorough as she repeated the order back to me several times to ensure accuracy.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by the cashier and introduced to Cathy, at my request.
She was obviously very busy, but Cathy made herself available for me to express my thanks.
I was also pleasantly surprised to receive enough single serving packages of cookies for each child in attendance at the event.

I haven’t gone to this location in years because of previous multiple negative experiences. I went last night do to my time schedule and I confirmed why I don’t order from here. I had to get food quickly and that’s why I didn’t order from my regular pizza place ( which is not Little C) At home crazy bread ( or breadsticks style from or usual pizza place) was wanted too. However, the C bread wouldn’t be ready for 10 min and I decided to wait … The wait time turned into a 20 min wait .. followed by they couldn’t find my order even though it was in person order. That added more wait time on the clock. Whew.. found the order which was a little difficult due to the language difference. But we managed…
Unfortunately, the crazy bread was almost dough and a black hair was entangled on the bread.
This is my first negative review I have ever written. I like to approach matters in a different way. I called cooperate office left a voice message.. no return call. I reached out to the store and even though their “ OPEN” no one is answering the phone. After 3 attempts of calling I now find myself writing a review. I don’t have the option to give the review zero stars… I think the one star is sufficient just because another customer opened the door fir me. Well, that was long but do yourself a favor.. frozen pizza at the grocery store might be better option. Anyways, tonight dinner was fantastic and I will never return to Little C ( I’d rather it bark if the tree)

That is putting the pizza in the box is grabbing her face with sweat and also her lips and am thinking in my mind she going to wash her hands but no she kept working. That is disgusting and unacceptable. You need to learn how to wash your hands gross gross last time I go there.

If you’re lucky you get a pizza with barely any sauce in it. If you’re unlucky, 3 hours later, you get to experience deep regret for going to this location. I am currently experiencing deep regret for eating their “pizza”.
