First time to a Jersey Mike’s. Yes, I’m sure everyone has already been to one. Got The Original Italian Mike’s way. Very good, glad I finally tried this place. Servers were super nice and place was clean. Will be back.

I did not originally want to make a post of this but since the number for the Johnston street store location doesn’t work I’ll leave it here. This is my third time trying jersey Mike’s, the first time I tried it was amazing! So much so I decided to try them a second time and my order took almost 20 minutes for some reason? It happens people get busy i get it but then I go for my third time and low and behold my order wasn’t made correctly. Nothing to extravagant I had a chicken bacon ranch with no tomato and no cheese. Next think you know I have a chicken and ranch with no bacon, like I said small but not that complicated, hence why I wanted to call in instead but the online number doesn’t work so here we are. Im not sure if I’ll go back seeing that something so hard to miss like your chicken bacon ranch not having bacon, expected better since I’ve heard so many people rave about how good it is. Now it is good, when its what you order.

We decided to come in for our first time to see what this place was about, and sadly, it was not that great.
The person who initially took our order was rude, disrespectful, and did not explain the process of the preparation like she did for those before and after us. She looked angry, and it seemed like she didn’t want to service us. We even asked multiple times to split the check, and she either ignored us or didn’t want to, so she kept rubbing us the wrong way.
Next up, the selection of dressings was very minimal and disappointing. The menu did offer a variety of different sandwiches, which is good. The pricing was decent for the food ordered, and the atmosphere was clean, but not upbeat, as all the employees seemed aggravated and didn’t want to be there. The food tasted great, which is the sole reason for the higher score. Otherwise, it would have been a two star rating.
I don’t know what each of those employees there are going through, so I won’t bash on them, I always say there aren’t bad employees, just bad leadership. To the managers, I say lead your employees better and groom them for success.
Wrapping up now, I’m not sure if we will be returning anytime soon, sadly. I say food-wise, I recommend them, service-wise, I don’t, so please do better.

I stopped at Jersey Mike’s today to grab lunch for my husband. The sandwiches were delicious!! The location is immaculately clean! The employees were friendly and helpful while still running on military like precision. This is a great spot for delicious sandwiches and we look forward to going back soon. Big thanks to all the employees for their hard work!

Hope ,vic ,Chelsey ,kelvin, and Marcy show great service and create a great environment, while I wait for my sandwich every time I’m in Jersey mikes. Hope in my opinion makes the best sandwiches and even if the place is busy I get my food in a timely fashion, which I very much appreciate. The number 13 with tuna is absolutely delicious and so is the cream soda.

The service was subpar. The young ladies had no energy on top of that my order was incorrect. My club supreme didn’t have any bacon on it or the other condiments I added to it(had to go back inside to get it, only to find they forgot the bacon too). Mike Philly was decent but they didn’t put it on rosemary bread Like I asked for. I didn’t expect to be blown away by a Sandwich but man the energy from the staff is beyond low vibrational they seem to timid to make sandwiches.

Stopped in while traveling on our family vacation. Incredible experience with even better sandwiches! Shout out to Jessie for being patient with my kids as they decided on their food. She made it very welcoming and took care of us out-of-towners!

Jersey mikes food pretty much always taste the same which is really good sandwiches. But the service at this location is always garbage. Workers do not have a lick of good customer service. I’ve gone to this location numerous times and have only had one good encounter. Twice has my order been incorrect. Never a have a good day, never a hey how are you. Just the simple customer service etiquette. Every order feels like i have caused an inconvenience….. when im getting a basic sandwich. There was also an encounter when a guy gave himself a 2 dollar tip for handing me my food through a window without asking.
