I come here for lunch often. The owner of this Jimmy John’s is a CLASS ACT. Never had any problems with my order. He runs to open the door for women carrying babies. Good guy. Good location. Good food. Happy customer.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery online, which ive done before, and i should have known better because last time it took 45 minutes to get here and theyre 5 minutes away. This time it took 30 minutes, and I ordered the little vito-which is like an italian anywhere else–i have to get this without cheese because im allergic to dairy. THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR THIS JIMMY JOHNS!! I specifically always order no cheese in my sandwiches, and what do i find on it? Frickin provolone. Im gonna have a horrible night because of this place. I called them and complained and yes got my money back, but im never ordering from here again, which used to be my favorite sandwich shop. You lose jimmy johns. Horrible. Thanks for making me sick.

Of any JJs I’ve been to, this location always has the most polite and friendly staff. I’ve never walked in and not been greeted with smiling faces and warm greetings! Alberto especially shines at this location with his service! Keep up being awesome guys!

Been here 3 times, each time the bread was extremely hard and no napkins. When ordered extra tomatoes, they put less. Asked for cucumbers, only put 2. Asked for peppers, only put 3. I will not be going to that one again. So basically wasted over $40 going to that location.

They charge $8 for veggie sandwich and can’t even put proper amount of avocado spread or vegetables. There are barely 4 vegetables and u can’t even put sufficient amount for $8. Shame on you. Seems like they add avocado spread then wiped it down with just so they can say they added avocado

I get places are busy, but it shouldn’t Take an hour and 20 minutes to get delivery. I called and they apologized. Also their tracking needs to be better. It showed for 45 minutes my order was complete. That just means driver has it. Love Jimmy John’s but this isn’t freaky fast.

I have ordered from this store many time and had many orders screwed up or delivered to the wrong address. Tonight I ordered again, spending 31.00 with tip and delivery charge. I ordered a Beach Club, there was not turkey on it. I called right away and was told they would bring another, this was 7:30pm. At 8:15 I finally get the sandwich. I was very nice when I called. I understand mistakes happen but this is crazy. Stay away from this place.

This manager is working his butt off! I came in for lunch and saw a sign for a new potato salad and asked if he knew whether it was gluten free. He said he wasn’t sure, and I told him not to worry about it since I know they’re freaky fast and I didn’t want to slow them down. I placed my order and then he pulled out the container so I could look at the ingredients and determine if I could eat it (I could). Then he asked what I look for in the ingredients so he could answer the question for customers about other products in the future (yes, GF ally! ). So I get my food and sit down and a few minutes later, he brings me a side of the potato salad to try! And it was delicious! He checked with me on the way out to see if I tried and liked it. This JJs felt much more like a small town place where the people really wanted you to come back than a chain. Really brightened my day!
