Incredibly rude woman working the register. Ignored what I said “I’ll be back in 5 minutes” 4 separate times pretending she didn’t hear me. Food was very oily and somehow flavorless. $27 for one broccoli and chicken, and dumplings so dry I couldn’t stop coughing. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. They had a leave us a google review decal on their front desk, so I did just that.
While I was there I witnessed two employees handle raw food with their hands and then not wash their hands. Gross!!!

We’ve gotten food here twice now and are pleasantly surprised at just how good it is. What we’ve tried so far has been excellent.

China Fun has easily become one of my favorite restaurants! From the second we walked in, we were welcomed with the warmest smiles, and the staff treated us like family. They were so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The beef was tender and packed with flavor, the tofu was so perfectly cooked that even a meat lover would enjoy it, and the chicken dishes were juicy and seasoned just right. Every bite was better than the last. The desert’s were the perfect sweet ending to an already amazing meal! It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the service just right, but China Fun nails it. I love Chinese food a lot more now because of this experience. You can feel the love and care they put into every dish and every interaction. I can’t wait to come back!

I will never order from China Fun again. This was the 3rd time I ordered food from here, and once again this was the 3rd time my delivery order was delayed 3 times. I only ordered Kung poa chicken. No egg roll or fried rice just Kung poa chicken. What I got was an order of spicy celery a strips of uncut chicken. I have never had to use a knife on Kung poa chicken before. I made posts on social media to warn people to stay away from this place. To top it all off I didn’t even get a lousy fortune cookie either. I won’t be back. Yummy Asian has better food quality, service

I ordered a Boneless spare ribs with puff of rice, and it looks like a little overcooked like burn and dried of boneless spare ribs with no red sweet sauce of that. I’m not coming back to this place.

The atmosphere was pretty good but the food was the real star of the show and the food really star of the show. My daughter had the crispy spring rolls and dumplings, both were really good and crispy. My husband and I had General Tso’s Chicken. It was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. My son and his girlfriend shared the Mongolian Beef and said it was incredibly tender and savory. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s a great spot for delicious, comforting and quick food. My coworkers have been raving about the crab Rangoon and sweet donuts time, so we’re gonna try that next time.

Food was rough, made us sick after a few bites we stopped because it didn’t have much flavor and then shortly after we got sick for the rest of the night

Ordered $20 of fried rice to learn it’s just rice made with chicken stock and doesn’t appear to have been “fried” at all. Generally Tsos was good, egg drop is egg drop. Could be good depending on what you get.

China Fun Restaurant, a long-standing establishment in Salisbury, Maryland, presents a classic take on American-Chinese cuisine. The restaurant’s unassuming exterior belies the comforting, familiar flavors within. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a cozy, no-frills dining area that evokes a sense of nostalgia. The menu is extensive, featuring all the usual suspects: General Tso’s chicken, sweet and sour pork, and beef with broccoli. We started with the crab rangoon, which were crispy and filled with a creamy, savory mixture, though slightly lacking in crab flavor. For the main course, the General Tso’s chicken was a standout. The chicken was perfectly fried, with a delightful balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy notes. The sauce was thick and clung well to the chicken, making each bite satisfying. The accompanying fried rice was fluffy and flavorful, though a bit oily.
The portions are generous, making it an excellent value for the price. Service was friendly and efficient, with our server promptly attending to our needs. While China Fun may not be pushing culinary boundaries, it excels at delivering consistently good, classic Chinese-American dishes. It’s the kind of place you can rely on for a quick, satisfying meal. If you’re looking for innovative or adventurous cuisine, this might not be your spot. However, if you crave familiar, comforting flavors done well, China Fun is definitely worth a visit. It’s a solid choice for a casual weeknight dinner or a takeout order. In conclusion, China Fun Restaurant offers a dependable and enjoyable dining experience, with generous portions and friendly service.
