I will never order from this store again. I used to manage a Papa John’s, so I know what shouldn’t be sent to a customer. This is what I received. Shameful. At least the driver was a sweetheart.

I have ordered delivery from this location twice. The first time everything was normal, this time was weird. I ordered the gluten free (ancient grains) crust, it is clearly overcooked to the point of being burnt. Also I was notified once the pizza was being delivered that it was through the “partner” Grubhub. The problem with that is that I gave the tip through the Papa John’s app and I don’t know if the actual driver received the tip $$. Just some odd occurrences, not sure if I would order here again.

I made an order as usual in the app. Before I arrived at the store my app sent notification that my order was ready. As I entered into the store the associate greeted me. She ask if I needed to place an order or pickup? I said pick up and gave her my name. She then said it would be another 5-6 minutes. I was a bit confused but reply ok. I notice the only thing sitting on the pizza counter was 2 boxes like I ordered, about another 10 minutes when by and she said just a few more minutes. Eventually she walked up with an order that I knew could not be mine. To make a long story short, the box on the counter when I walked into the store were mine. By the time I got home the pizzas were cold and taste like cardboard. Over the past year I’ve noticed constant changes in the staffing. It has gotten much worse I’ve been patient most of my transitions have had issues but I held my tongue. I won’t be going back to this location any more and I will be looking for other pizzas options to curve my 2-3 times a week pizza addiction. Do better..

There was an issue with my order and the app was glitching and never said it was delivered, the delivery driver also delivered it to the wrong address. But the manager did everything in their power to make it right. It was very appreciated.

We have gone to this location a couple of times and had no problems. Today we ordered for pickup around 6p and paid on the app. Went to pickup after 25 mins and waited another 20 mins inside the restaurant just to be handed our food which had been sitting on the counter not under heat or in a bag . A walkin order was placed and fulfilled within 10 mins of being placed.Eager to get home we took the food and left. We get home and open our food. Not sure if the people making it burnt it and removed the burnt parts or if they were hungry and decided to snack. Not writing a review to be malicious but there were at least 4 workers there and if they were better trained and had better mgmt to step in and assist and direct the team making sure the quality of the food handed out was to customers expectations, this could have been avoided. Mistakes happen. Moral of the story, check our food before we leave.

I ordered my food around 5:15pm. At 5:30 it was out of the oven and in the preparing queue in the app. It was supposed to be delivered between 5:52-6:02. At 6:09pm, it was still in the preparing queue on the app. I decided to call the store to get an update about my order. The staff I spoke to were rude and unhelpful so I ended up cancelling my order as I didn’t want to eat cold pizza. I highly do not recommend using this Papa John’s location as the customer service is horrible.

I ordered some pizza tonight for my son and his friends. The order we received had 2 items wrong out of 4 ordered. I immediately called to complain and request the correct items. Whoever answered the phone couldn’t understand my issue. I was very disappointed. Then a manager called me back. She was very nice and said she would send out the correct items right away. While my guest who is gluten free didn’t get any pizza (she had to leave before the replacement items arrived) the replacements arrived quickly and hot. I appreciated that the manager took the time to call me to straighten it out very quickly. Nice recovery!
