9 AM on a Sunday. No sign up and nobody working the counter. Safeway team said they “went to lunch”. Would be nice if they at least put up a sign. And also…. it’s 9AM on a Sunday…. why are you taking a break now?

Newly renovated Starbucks in Safeway. Nice, efficient and friendly baristas. Very clean place. They have special deals on certain Fridays. I think it is called Friday Love. For $5, you can get any Grande drink and pastry. For $6, you can get any Venti drink and pastry.

My family were there casually shopping at Safeway, when we conversed about getting coffee. The barista overheard us talking about coffee when we didn’t even approach or ask her and she yelled ‘WE’RE CLOSED’ in a very rude way. We then say have a great night and walked away. Never tried Satrbucks coffee from here and I will never will consider to get coffee from here.

This morning we went there. Nobody came to say hi after we stood there for 5 minutes. We can see they were busy but I don’t think that’s a good way to treat customers. They said hello to the next customer at the time we were leaving. So terrible! I will never go there. Actually I want to give them 0 star.

One Staff member wasnt friendly nor was she unfriendly, & SUPER slow, no sense of urgency or time management at all. She was having trouble w/the $ guy in front of me gave her. She counted it “all coins btw” 4 times!!! FINALLY she whispered to co worker that he was short a Quarter!! OMG! The also irritated co worker said…Tell him then! She did and oh joy my turn to order! My Cappuccino was Luke warm. Grrrrrrrr

I never went to Starbucks. If your going to follow people on there whereabouts, Know exactly where they are going and Don’t assume that myself or anyone else is where you think, cause 85% of the time your Wrong! I/we mat be in an area of a business doesn’t mean I/we are there.

Starbucks is expensive, the employees are helpful but not very much. They are all the same and the coffee and food products are nothing special. I don’t use them very often.
