Really cool locals’ type dive bar with historic charm. Inexpensive, good food; great happy hour prices, and friendly service. I really enjoyed both the chili and BLT I had.

Best, clean, local dive bar! My husband and I were looking for a place to hang out for a bit and watch the Mets game. Brian (the owner) was so welcoming and fun! The drinks were ice cold and the atmosphere was chill. It is cash only and you won’t be getting a fancy meal. But you will leave feeling like you found some new friends! Thank you Brian! We will be back.

I would have taken a picture of the great Cuban sandwich, but I couldn’t stop eating it.
Great neighborhood bar atmosphere with good food.

My daughter stopped in about a month ago in the evening. No even acknowledged us when we walked in, we seated ourselves waited 15 minutes the staff at the bar could clearly see us sitting there yet no one even spoke. Guess they only serve the regular bar patrons.

This pub serves both Beer and Liquor drinks. On my visit there were 5 taps for beer with 3 of the 5 being a local beer & 2 National Beers (Bud Light, etc). I had a reuben sandwich with potato chips and a few beers and it was delicious. I did not observe any deep fried foods on the menu so if you come hungry expect lighter fare (sandwiches & pizza).

At first entrance the size of the Pub seems small but the way the owner has laid out the bar there’s actually seating for about 20 around the bar and another 30 or so on a “sandwich counter” with bar stools that surround the outside of the front bar.

And, perhaps best of all, the owners have kept one of the iconic “Trolley Booths” for seating area at the front of the pub (if you come in the front door, immediately on your right).

Oh, and I did see a Georgia Bulldog sticker on the overhead AC Vent right at the bar and the kitchen so I know the owner has had some classy visitors to his establishment.

Overall, I’d definitely go back. In fact, next Wednesday night for trivia.

Stefan Cimochowski makes this place what it is. If you haven’t been you should go. Ask for Stefan and tell them large Marge sent you!

It was so packed I felt bad for the 1 bartender working and beers were quite pricey for a dive bar
