This place is a joke. I ordered online got to the place and somehow they had my order to pay but apparently lost the ticket. So I’m here waiting for the pie and ask hey can you make the pie well done. The manager says sorry can’t we’re backed up on pies in the oven. The sass and attitude from the manager was awesome too. Oh and I saw them use a premade crust that definitely came out of the freezer. I wish I could just get my money back cause I’d rather a frozen pizza at Safeway for a 3rd of the cost. I’ll be calling corporate and complaining cause this is pretty dumb.

Rip off – This is a no bake Large thin curst, more like what was a medium. Notice there is NO toppings or sauce for approx. 1″ all around the pizza. Skimpy toppings to boot, where is the cheese? And Royal Hawaiian is advertised as double the pineapple?? Way too much oil put on the whole tray so guess we will have greasy pizza.

I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS PLACE!! IT TOOK HOURS TO GET OUT PIZZA A COUPLE MONTHS AGO. THEN 3 DAYS AGO MY WIFE AND I WHO ARE DISABLED AND CAN’T DRIVE ORDERED 2 CHICKEN CALZONES. GIRL SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT 35 MINUTES. WAITED AND WAITED. CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD ITS BEEN READY FOR ME TO PICK IT UP. WHAT PART OF CAN’T DRIVE AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND GIRL SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER I DOUBTER IT AND SAID I WANT A REFUND AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

The employees here are nice and work hard. The pizza is a bit pricey especially with the scarce toppings applied. Though the pizza still tasted good.

Unfortunately, after many good experiences with this establishment, ordered a pizza online for delivery — everything showed the business was open, took the order, and gave a delivery time window, and took payment information, as usual. Pizza never showed up. No subsequent contact from Figaro’s about this mistake. Will not order from this establishment again.

I ordered a large Hawaiian Pizza salad and to leader, Pepsi and ranch for the salad. Wait 15 minutes, the lady told me she was cutting my Pizza. So I got up, I’ve seen her go get another guy. In there, over there, looking at my Pizza, then she came to me. And said, the guy cooked me a medium Pizza. Do I want to wait? And have a large piece of cook. I said, if I take that Pizza, you’re going to give me some money back. It was $31, so she gave me back 8. Dollars, I laugh a mile down the road, I noticed she didn’t give me any dressing for my salad. I went back, got my dressing. She says she was sorry. Ouch, sixteen miles to home, got a home cold pizza.

Did the vegetarian pizza for the adults and cheese and Canadian bacon for the kids. The pizzas were perfect, cooked perfect, and not greasy. I felt like they were baked to perfection, to be honest. What a great place, nice friendly staff. Very clean environment.

The people they have right now are amazing. The one time they accidentally forgot something I wanted added, they didn’t hesitate to offer to remake it.. despite being busy at the time.
The place is always clean, and it’s extremely conveniently located being next to bimart and roths..I can do some quick grocery shopping while my order is being made.

Was asked for a tip before getting our pizzas. Glad I didn’t tip, not much on the ingredients. Was not asked what kind of crust we wanted. Their online ordering has been down since February, sounded like they didn’t care about fixing it. Not ever going back.

Ordered a Mediterranean pizza from here for lunch today and all I can say is it literally blew my socks off. It’s been two hours and I still can’t find them… Ordering was easy. Ingredients were fresh. Their delivery driver Emily was kind and professional. After I find my socks I believe I may just order another one for dinner.
