Our story began in 2008 inside a 160sq ft drive – thru in Beaverton, Oregon. Founded by family, rooted in hospitality, and driven by a desire to bring light to the grey PNW mornings, we set out to build something simple but meaningful – a place where coffee could fuel connection.

Drive thru experience:
No one in front of us and no line. Large selection of drinks. I ordered a fruity drink and It was good.
Service was fast and friendly. Theres plenty of parking. The location looks decent size, we didnt order food nor go inside.

Guilty, don’t come here often but since it’s literally a few blocks from my house I tried it out. My first drink, loved! BLONDE . I ended downloading the app. I don’t come often as it’s a fancy lifestyle I can’t afford. Did though claim my free drink that you get for your birthday. And not necessarily have to get it that day. Unlike Starbucks you have to same day.
Speedy service, and will come back occasionally.

Love black rock coffee. Sad don’t have one in nampa. I get to treat myself on the way to work though off eagle and victory. This morning the car a head of me paid for my drink. What a great surprise and thank you. I paid for car behind me as well. Love the season for giving. Thanks Black Rock staff you’re amazing.

The staff was not very friendly. When I asked to have more coffee added to my drink because it was disgustingly sweet when I asked for 1/2 the sweetener when I ordered, she said it would be 30 cents extra but she would do it for free this one time, but was definitely in a not so nice tone. I was hopeful for a better experience than Starbucks but feel that on my first visit ever that they weren’t too concerned with winning over customers.

I have had Black Rock Coffee in both Oregon and Washington before and every time the Blackout is amazing! It’s good iced, blended or hot. Today, I had an iced one paired with a cream cheese Asiago bagel. Although, my bagel wasn’t as warm as I would have liked the flavor was great! I will definitely be getting their coffee again.

Black Rock has become my go to my favorite is the Mai Tai Fuel cant recommend it enough.
The food they serve is fine enough standard fair for a chain coffee place, I usually get the banana bread. Nothing spectacular still a decent breakfast if you are in a pinch.

My first time getting a drink at Black Rock and THE LAST. I will NEVER go back. Two drinks were ordered, one was really messed up; The Large Hot Butterscotch Breve WITH an extra shot, extra sweet, no whip, no foam. The Large Butterscotch Breve drink came out and the foam was so thick I stuck my finger in it up to the knuckle. So it was taken back inside to get remade and the employees were NOT FRIENDLY. Just because you are busy and didn’t pay attention to the mobile order and make it correctly, doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers. The “fixed” drink is NASTY, literally undrinkable, it tasted so burnt. It was NOT extra sweet (that I paid .80 cents extra to have), there was no caramel drizzle as advertised and it was 3/4 full. This place is gross, the workers are rude, the coffee tastes burnt and the drinks aren’t full. I would recommend going to another coffee shop, don’t waste your time or money here.

I attempted to get a coffee and a gift card today. I was the only person inside up at the front to order, and stood there for quite some time. The 2 girls working at 2:33 pm Tuesday December 16th could literally care less. Both looked my direction multiple times, never said I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, nothing, just continued to chat with a girl at the drive through and take and additional 3 drive through orders all while I stood there waiting to be helped. Horrible customer service. I left and will never be back.
