We have had good delivered, and they are usually quicker than han the time quoted. The pizzas have been consistently excellent. This time we ordered appetizers, calzone and a dinner. The calzone was just oozing cheese ( yum), and the chicken souvlaki platter was stuffed with cheesy goodness. The fries had not gone soggy during travel, either. To top it off we split a piece of chocolate mousse cake. We fought over that piece of cake- it was moist with plenty of mousse between the layers. Now we will be checking out the dessert menu!

Ordered a “crosstown salad” online & went in for pickup. Walked in & the only man (older, large) in the place starts yelling at me: “IVE BEEN CALLING YOU, WHAT DO YOU NOT HAVE A PHONE” I literally looked around.. who? me? I’m new to Norwalk, just started working nearby.. what man yells at a woman the second she walks into his business like that? were you raised by animals? i responded “i dont look at my phone at work? why are you yelling at me..?” the order was placed online & i made sure it was received before walking over.. he then proceeds to tell me i can get another salad but it would be more expensive & i would have to change my order online? i almost gave in & said can you make me something of the same amount please? he proceeds to IN A YELLING VOICE fire off menu items which is when I AGAIN had to tell him to please stop yelling at me & thank you but no thank you. Walked out & went next door to Restaurante da Graça where they made me the best grilled chicken cesar wrap ive ever had for $10 AND THEY WERE NICE, NORMAL PEOPLE. I will NEVER give this disgruntled, mean old man my business.

Nice area to eat. Right in the heart of downtown, staff was nice . food was ok overall but they rushed making it and didn’t cut my pie into slices . also I ordered bbq wings and they gave me regular crispy wings and poured bbq sauce over it

I’ve only ever gotten pizza from here, but ae like it and it’s consistent. We order pick up, and we’ve done it many times over the years living in Norwalk. The sauce has nice flavor, it’s not just tomatoe-y, there’s always a good amount of cheese on the pie, it’s consistently cooked well and they are generous with the toppings. We like that it’s affordable for what you get (example: large cheese pizza with 8 slices is $16).

I ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella and chicken Caesar salad. The garlic bread was soaked in so much oil, and the minced garlic tasted undercooked, was extremely bitter, and was so overpowering, was so over-seasoned that it was literally inedible. The Caesar salad was a good size and the chicken was cooked all the way through, but it also had the same bitter garlic flavor. I even rinsed my mouth out because I thought it may have the leftover taste in my mouth from the garlic bread, but it wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, I threw my order into the garbage.

Every time I have ordered here it has been great. This time I wanted a BBQ chicken pizza, something I’ve had from many places. I was happy to see the option with pineapple and thought, this place must make a really good BBQ pizza! I was wrong. It was swimming in BBQ sauce to the point were it was all that could be tasted. If you like a lighter amount of BBQ or maybe some aromatics on there with it, be sure to ask. We could barely even taste the chicken and even though there was a lot of pineapple, you couldn’t taste that either with all that BBQ. Real bummer, we usually love everything we get from here!

Our very first time ordering pizza at New Crossroads. We meant to order two large cheese pizzas and mistakenly ended up ordering two large house specials. It was a good mistake on our part because they were absolutely delicious. No leftover pizza this time around. Will definitely be ordering from New Crossroads again.
