Our server Krystal was great and the manager Shayla was awesome.
Looking back for our next meal there.
Visit in summer
Lovely Brigitte was our server. She made some great suggestions. This place is unique. Quiet. Fair price. Trained in the kitchen to prepare great dishes. The bread was warm and fresh. Took wife and daughter. Nice setting. And booth is spacious. Need to come here more! Also the calamari was memorable with banana peppers to add zing. Even with a busy mall, not a problem here. Generous amount of crab in the mac and cheese.
-Tastes like mini cinabons with sugar frosting on top. TIP. Tell them to go easy on the frosting.
Calamari:
-Tastes nice and fresh. Don’t expect those big frozen section calamaris here. These taste fresh!
French Dip:
-It’s delicious! But do tell them to go easy on the salt on the fries. It’s salty! I had to wipe some salt off to make it edible.
Crab Mac & Cheese:
-They actually use real crabs! From how it tastes, I don’t think it’s frozen crabs. Serving size needs a bigger option, because I wanted more!
Our total bill was $214 for 8 people. Not bad.
How can management do that and get away with that??
Also, HH salad took 30+ mins to come out. The remade croutons, 30+ mins as well. So a hr plus for HH food…
Insane
Place wasn’t even busy.
Not sure what’s going on but bar and table stations were not cleaned up after guests left. There were people at host stand just waiting to be sat but they couldn’t sit cause all the tables and bar spots were dirty.
Not sure what’s going on but seems like management could benefit from some training and compassion.
It hurt to tip but the bartender was chill but clearly restrained because it’s a corporation and manager “knows best.”
If it wasn’t for bartender I would have not tipped.
I truly appreciated the vast menu options to appease varying palates – the Wild Salmon Nicoise Salad was delicious and beautifully presented! I was also surprised to find so many kid menu choices on the back of the kids pamphlet, which kept my kid entertained the entire time.
My only negative, which could be a deal-breaker to some, was no oatmilk or some form of non-dairy creamer offered with their coffee or even as an option to drink for kids. I do feel this is something small that should be available to patrons, when most establishments offer this choice nowadays. For this reason, I only gave four stars instead of five.
