First time in my life that I ever order fish and chips and I get literal potato chips from a bag!! And to pay $18 for this crap?! Are you freaking serious! In every single restaurant that I have ordered this, they actually *knew* that the “chips” are French fries. First and last time I get food from this place. Ridiculous. The fish had no flavor. You had to eat it with the sauce for it to have flavor. My daughter had the artichoke and spinach dip, and it was so greasy that she didn’t eat it. This order was a complete waste of money. Train your staff on how to make proper dishes, please.

Ordered the firecracker shrimp tacos. Comes as three tacos. Got to the third taco and there was a piece of wire in the taco. Went to the manger about it and he didn’t seem to concerned. The manager never came back out to talk to me about it. All they did was comp my meal. So going forward I will not revisit this place unless they address that issue and the manager. Not very professional and didn’t engage himself with the situation. Pretty much just put a bandaid on it. Meal comped.

We order fried mushrooms from them all the time, pretty much every Sunday. They use plastic containers and by the time we get home 8 mins later they are a soggy mess bc the steam on the plastic drips onto the mushrooms making them a mess. Their solution to this was to open the containers in the car so they don’t steam to death which is nuts. I asked my mom to pick these up and this is the third time in 6 orders they have been ruined. We have have complained before, but the only answer was to open the container while driving home so they aren’t soggy, but now cold so we stopped wasting our time. We love their express take out, but this is ruining their food.

Excellent place. If you are familiar with Thirsty Turtle this place is just next door and is the same food .. except to go or for delivery. You can’t beat their wing sauce. The service here has always been quick friendly and professional. The quality of food never changes. You always know what you are going to get. It’s 5 stars every time!! Fries and medium wings with extra sauce!! It’s the best meal you can ever have.
Someone should fill a pool with their wing sauce. It would be a popular place. It is soo good.

I think it was alright. I ordered baby back ribs with a side of alfredo pasta & fries. I thought the pasta was rather bland, the fries’ fine but there i think was an issue with the ribs. Even though it tasted good for the most part, I don’t think the silverskin was taken off. On the back of the ribs was this flakey layer that was peeling off. My family members who also ordered the ribs had the same thing. I’ve had plenty of ribs in my life but they never had this flakey layer on it.

I did express and this is a bad experience for me. Disgusting. I got the shrimp scampi and it was VERY salty. It also looks like the noodles are just sitting in the pasta water. Do not recommend the shrimp scampi.

Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the cashier was pleasant. Stark difference in food quality from restaurant and express, however the product should be consistent across the board especially when charging nearly $20 for 10 piece wings. Picked up wings and they were soggy! No bueno. After asking if they were ordered extra crispy (which I’ve never had to do as that’s how I’ve always had them made next door) they were nice enough to “remake” them, but they were ready in less than 5 minutes and were semi crisp and not fresh out the oil hot so I presume they were not actually remade. Ordered them hot but they taste mild. Will not be back unless it’s to sit down and eat next door as to not waste money on subpar food.
