Ice cream is great like always, but had found a couple hairs tonight in one of our ice creams. Employees should be wearing hairnets to avoid this in the future please! We ended up throwing out the rest and did not want to make the drive to ask for a new one.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every single time I get ice cream from here they somehow mess it up every single time. I got a love it berry berry good and all I got was vanilla ice cream. There was BARELY any fruit in there and the fruit that was in there was whole fruit like they just threw the fruit on top and called it a day.I got this ice cream because it’s supposed to be fruity but all I got was vanilla ice cream. Also they didn’t even fill it up all of the way and I barely got any ice cream. I hate this location, it sucks. Like i could’ve made this better at home and I probably should have rather than wasting my time and money here. Whoever made my ice cream you suck.

This place has the worst customer service, came in to the store on 12/16/25 ordered a cake for my son turned 21, his birthday on the 20th and will be pick up on the 20th, asked the teenage girl taking the order to make it special for turning 21 with blue letters . Came back on 12/20/25 to pick up the cake and another teenage girl said there’s no cake ready, bring out the order’s sheet said the pick up date on the 23rd , why would i pick up after his birthday? Said nothing she can do call the owner on Monday (12/23/25) after 12 pm, , I told her to cancel the order and went to baskin&robin and got another cake. Called Monday talked to the owner for my money back, he said why didn’t i cancel on Saturday when I didn’t have the cake, I told him i did, now he turned around and said well it’s already made and already paid for so just pick it up and enjoy , nothing he can do. I came pick up today 12/26/25 and no letters or anything on it, the young girl said the manager forgot to put them on, so orvously the cake didn’t make as the owner said it did. I’m a business owner too and I don’t run my business like that, it’s doesn’t matter who’s fault on the pick up date, I rather don’t make the sale but make my customers happy with many sales later than make a sale and lost a customer for ever.

Jayden took our large family order tonight for the entire order completely wrong. As we got home I checked everything called her to let her know everything was wrong and we were missing two items. She went on to say she was training new staff and I was wrong and there was nothing she can do for me the customer. And lied saying she repeated the order 3 times. Which was false she never repeated it once. Completely unprofessional and definitely not management material as she stated she was the manager. The restaurant area was dirty and they lacked helping. Their attention was more on them gossiping and talking and another was on their cell verses helping the customers. Sad. Will be calling corporate.

They do not care about customers at all.
First, they told me I had to place my order within one minute. Then, when I sat down with my child and was about to start eating , the staff member told me I couldn’t sit and had to leave because it was 10 PM.
As I was walking out, she was dancing while closing the door.

I was served by Jake, the best my icecream has ever been! I got a chocolate devotion with no chocolate chips but added marshmallows: he was fun, personable, and very skilled in the craft!
