A tasty meal with very fresh ingredients!
We ordered to go. The spring rolls were excellent as well as the Pho steak soup. We also tried the pork noodle stir fry and the vermicelli noodle house bowl. They were all very good. Not spicy at all. I’m so glad this restaurant opened in Mountain Lake, and will stop by as often as I am in the area.

I remember this place as the DQ many years ago. SK Pho has made it into their own.
I am a vegetarian and had the basil eggplant stir fry. Later, the server came back and asked if I wanted tofu. The tofu was prepared so well: lovely crispy texture and taste.
Tofu isn’t on the menu, so, if a vegetarian or vegan, I would ask for it.
Prices were reasonable, server was attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The orange and blue combination worked well.
Only suggestions:
My sister had the spring rolls and I’d recommend to ditch the iceberg lettuce and add fresh basil, cilantro, mint, and carrot. Peanut sauce was delicious. I realize cost is a concern, but they use basil in other dishes, then just add cilantro, mint, carrot. Maybe locally source mint, cilantro, carrots during summer months, and raise the prices to 2 for 8.00.
Eggs rolls were small, tightly rolled, which are the best, I feel. Maybe make more golden (were quite light in color).
Overall, so cool to have this place, option in the small town of Mt. Lake, my hometown. Thanks for a great experience! Hope you all do well!
