Established in 1996. Family owned and operated, Shangri-La started as a fast food restaurant. Later, it was decided that everything should be made fresh and served in an eco-friendly, economical, and fast paced style, so we decided to change a few things. Our kitchen has four mini-jet engine woks that can heat up to 2700 degrees. That’s why we can pump out food so quickly and easily. And everything we use is recyclable. These are a few things we have focused on at our restaurant. We hope you will enjoy our food, environment, and friendly faces when you walk in our Chinese restaurant.
Local standby for familiar Chinese cuisine in a bright setting with large windows & patio seating.

If you’re looking for affordable, classic Chinese food in Los Gatos, this place is it. Please support them; they’re a local gem!
Hadn’t ordered from here since the pandemic so my daughter and I decided to dine in. We added sweet and sour pork and potstickers to try something new.
The chowfun lacked veggies, the sweet and sour pork was just not good, over battered. The potstickers were delicious!!! And the chicken salad was not as good as I remembered.
Would come back for VEGGIE chow fun and potstickers, for sure!!
I used to come often and there was a crowd, Today there was one other seated customer and just a few takeouts. I hope the owners put some money and effort into the restaurant before it goes belly-up. Please note that I most often write positive reviews of restaurants.
