Cork It Wine and Charcuterie is a wine package store located on the square in downtown historic Gainesville and Buford, GA. We have a large selection of local and imported wines. Our customers can come in and buy a bottle or try some of our featured wine flights. We also serve local and imported meats and cheeses. Our Charcuterie Boards are chef inspired and change seasonally. All of the ideas found on these will feature local jams and spreads from surrounding restaurants. Come by for weekly live music and ask about our special wine club.

I am visiting from Louisiana, and my Buford friend suggested Cork It. We sat in comfy seats at the wine bar and ordered wine flights – excellent selection, expert consultation, and very reasonably priced! The decor is very cool, and we ordered the Deviled Egg Spread, holy moley, yum! It was a lovely afternoon, highly recommend!

We have been trying to find the right time to get to Cork It and finally did! We went on a Saturday evening. Cork It had a very soothing ambiance, the staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. We were a little disappointed that 2 items on the menu that we wanted to try they ran out of (the Pimento Cheese Bruschetta and Deviled egg Bruschetta) and they also had no olives. We ordered the small charcuterie and cheese board, Italian Panini, and Turkey Pesto Caprese. Everything was delicious. My husband ordered the Executive flight and I ordered the White flight – Sella Antica and Torresella being the favorites. We wanted to end the night with a dessert wine but sadly they were out of that too. We will definitely revisit Cork It again soon!
