Grace the cashier was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my order. She was very kind to my daughter and helped us find the perfect meals for each of us. The kitchen staff was amazing probably some of the best broccoli I’ve ever had in a very long time. Kudos to the Christiansburg team.

This is a great place to go for a pasta fix! There are so many to choose from! Not to mention the fact that they have everything from bbq Mac and cheese to Italian Alfredo to korean beef noodles, literally something for everybody. It’s one of my son’s favorite places so I go there a lot and have not been disappointed once. I can’t say much as to the atmosphere since I’ve always gotten my food to go but it’s a quaint little dining room with tables inside and outside so it’s definitely a place you could eat in as well. Overall, I’d recommend to any pasta lover.

Small place, not a lot of seating, all high tops no booths, 1 table located by bathrooms. Food is simple, okay. Everything is as it is named, a noodle style add your sauce and protein, some veggies if desired. I personally felt these meals are equivalent to quick microwave meals. They aren’t bad but they aren’t the best. Kids would love this place that are fans of Mac n cheese or pasta in general.

Tasty food for a cheap price!

I got the pesto cavatappi with grilled chicken, and thought it was great. The pasta was a nice Al dente and the chicken was very tender. I also tried the zucchini noodles and they were good, a very nice texture (not too soft, not too crunchy). The pad Thai was also good, better than I expected.

Also, every day, a different noodle dish is $7, which is an amazing deal

We also tried the homemade rice crispy, which was very good

I actually wish I had a place like this in the Bay Area, a cheap and tasty pasta place is kinda hard to come by. Definitely recommend!

First visit and really no need to go back. Placed an order in the app… said it would be ready in 4-9 minutes, 30 minutes later, got my food. To be fair, they were slammed. And I did hear the girl taking orders that it would be a wait for the food. But the app didn’t reflect that.

The app is also a little confusing. It defaults to no plasticware, so I had to ask for some.

The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. 4 small/tiny pieces of steak added another $4 to the Pan Noodles. Mac & Cheese $10 meal deal is good if all you want is plain Mac&Cheese. Rice Krispy was decent and seemed to be freshly made.

First time eating here and I was impressed with the amount of food they give you. I had the Chicken Parmesan with penne noodles with a side of the Wisconsin cheese and macaroni. Both were delicious and they gave me enough to have another meal out of it. My daughter enjoyed her Roasted Garlic and Cheese Tortelloni. I had a taste and WOW! The garlic and creamy cheese was mouth watering deliciousness. My granddaughter had the 3 Cheese Tortelloni Pesto and she had no complaints. I joined their rewards program and look forward to visiting again.

This was our first time at Noodles and Co and right off the bat we got a terrible 1st impression. To start the person taking the orders hardly acknowledged that we were even there even though no one else was in the restaurant. She didn’t ask us what we wanted she just stared at us until we started to order. That was awkward. She never smiled and the only thing she said was our total. And the machine actually asked if we wanted to add a tip, that was funny after our interaction. But it gets better…the dining area was a disaster. It hadn’t been swept probably all week. The trash both inside, outside and the bathroom were over flowing. The drink area has a container with lemons, which also had trash in with the lemons. All areas had trash on the floor including the tray that she brought our food on. It was filthy. I highly doubt we will come back. If these things aren’t addressed I don’t see this lasting long.

We are regular customers of this shop over a year , 90% of the time we order and pay over on phone, then we just go to a counter where there are orders with the customer’s name on the food bag and take the food.
We don’t need to go to the counter or pay anything anymore because everything is done over the phone. If I guess correctly, the person who takes our order over the phone is always a robot and they will ask us to tap our bank card number, expiration date and CVV then they complete the order. We have done that too many times when ordering food at this store.
But today we came to pick up the food and they said they didn’t see the order and we showed them that my bank had been charged. If they said there was some mistake I would have no problem and lost the money, but what they said made me very upset was that from the past until now their company , their store have never accepted payment over the phone.what’s????????

I asked so why many times before I did like that and still came to get food normally but now I heard this absurd statement. A guy swore that he worked here for 2 years and never let customers pay over the phone. If anyone did that, they would be fired. It sounds unreasonable and very funny.
If your company doesn’t have a rule for customers to pay by phone, has the robot always made that rule and collected the money? Where does that money go when I’ve received my food many times before? If the company doesn’t have that rule, why did they install the software to charge that money into the system for the robot to take orders????

In my life I have never given any store 1 star, no matter how bad or bad they are, but this is the first time I give 1 star to this store because I see too many unreasonable things here and I need to speak up so that everyone can pay careful attention.

Great noodles and wonderful adjustments available to customize dishes. Also a good additional side options like soup, salad, meatballs etc.
Plus price is not to high like chicken parmesan 10.95 for good size.

I don’t understand how you can take a typically full size restaurant and turn into a small place with only 5 tables forcing random people to sit together if you really want to sit and eat. Might as well get rid of the tables and make it carry out only.
