I enjoyed my time here. I came on a Sunday afternoon 12 noon to be exact and although it was still busy from the morning rush , my waitress Emmy took good care of us. She was invitingly lovely and informative with the menu. The food took a lil while to get here but obviously understandable. Worth the wait! The food was delishhhh! The Pumpkin Spice Pancakes . Thank you Emmy! You were great!

Juan is very special to us! We’ve been coming here for years and he always treats us with a positive attitude. He has memorized our order completely!!! Everytime we come, he knows exactly what we want…. even with our special add ons. A worker like him is very hard to find. Strongly recommend this ihop solely because he works there and the food is delicious!

Food was decent but mostly lukewarm, except for the mozzarella sticks. Service felt rushed since the server was overloaded, and when I questioned a charge, she blamed me for not knowing the menu—despite it being my first time ordering that item. Left feeling uncomfortable and not eager to return.
