Great pizza and wings. I just wish they could improve their delivery service and get orders correct. The order is incorrect most of the time anymore which makes me think I may need to try the other pizza place next time.

I normally won’t leave a bad review but this is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered delivery it was supposed to be delivered at 8:07p.m we did not receive our food until 9:00p.m! All of our food was cold and just not good over all! I tried to call the store to let them know that our food was cold but no one answered.

Never disappoints, never had a bad pizza from this restaurant. The best Marcos I have ever eaten. The pizzas are loaded with toppings and hot when it arrives.
12/29/2024, What the hell happened. This place was great until recently. The quality of the food went down. The pizzas are no longer hot and loaded with toppings. Crust is thin and flimsy. Looks like second grader made the pizza. Must be new management or lazy employees .

The last 3 times we order either the food was under cooked or over cooked. This last time the pizza crust was so thin it didn’t hold the toppings on it. The crazy bread was alittle under cooked but atleast it wasn’t raw like the time before. The salad hardly had and lettuce in it. I think this was the last time I order. 3 times I gave them a chance and all 3 was a let down

Best staff & employees around! They are always very friendly & fast service. Pizza is good. They have the best Italian Sausage topping! Skip the other Marcos and come to the this one for the service and consistency! They don’t skimp on the sauce. Double cheese is not worth it as a topping tho. All else has been great. Wish they would offer a Detroit Style square deep dish or Chicago style pizza as well?!?

We had a pick up order for subs and as always they were very good and hot. They were not ready when I got there but just watching everyone work was a great experience. A well “oiled machine”. Everyone worked well together and it was neat watching pizza5s being made land yes everything is fresh!

5 star dropped to 2 star. Next time I order and don’t receive the white sauce, I will never order from Marcos pizza again and will rate 1 star.
I ordered twice in July 2020 for pizza with white sauce… both times, no white sauce. Why have that option if you’re not going to add white sauce on the pizzas I ordered? It says white sauce on the receipt, says it on the customized pizza. I remember ordering many times here with white sauce and I received pizza with white sauce. But now, it’s just bread crust, cheese, then toppings. Might as well throw on the red sauce if you’re not going to put the sauce I requested on it..
Is this going to be the norm here?
Other than that, the service is good for me. (I ordered a few months ago with white sauce and I received white sauce on my pizza)
