This location is a joke. I’ve been here 3 times and I don’t know why I keep coming back. The first two times I ordered inside and I waiting 45+ mins for my drink. Today I went through the drive thru and I ordered a large iced coffee with 3 vanilla and 2 cream. The guy up-charged me 70 cents for breve. (Same thing as cream but not free). To be clear I did not ask for this, I asked for cream and didn’t notice it until I received the drink and the cost was different than what it normally is so I looked into it. Upon looking into this, I see that the up-charging has happened to others. As if you aren’t already expensive enough and I CHOOSE to still come to you for my coffee. This location needs to make some serious changes.

Front doors were locked with a sign saying. Drive-Thru only! No inside orders! If anything should be open. It’s the inside for people that don’t have cars. And also for people that would like to use the washroom considering they’re paying a high price for drinks.
Summer Berry lemonade is not available. Was told it’s a seasonal item. However, it’s middle of August and they said they no longer sell it.
It’s listed on the menu at the drive-thru as well as a sign. Put up everyday see pictures.

Waited over 50 minutes for two coffees, only ended up getting them when I complained and they finally made my drinks after I watched them continue to serve the drive through and people who ordered after me inside. Take my advice and go through the drive through because they don’t care about people who come inside. I love Starbucks coffee and respect how hard they work but I’ve never had such incredibly poor service.

This Augusta Starbucks in in shambles. 2pm on a Friday afternoon, and only two people working. Who manages this store? Absolute disgrace. You have driven nearly all of your employees out, and driven morale, and service into the ground with your lack of leadership, and managerial skills. Boxes unopened everywhere and stacked up, filthy floors, cooler, and food display cases half and or completely empty. Wait times for a single iced coffee with cream takes 45 minutes. The owner of this this store should fire the manager, and show up to fix this. This Starbucks used to run like a well oiled machine. The word “order” and this manager have one thing in common – absent.

It’s sad dunkin had 2 people working and we’re slammed and got me in and out in 4 minutes Starbucks employees told me if I dont like it to not come the. Rude with 0 customer service skills. Would not recommend going here. Also there were 6 people behind the counter making orders. I stood inside for over 15 minutes waiting and they never even had made the order.

I truly feel so bad for the workers here. I believe this Starbucks should be shut down. Waited nearly 1 hour for my coffee in the cafe and had to get issued a refund because he said it was going to be longer wait. They have no staff. Who runs a place like that? This place needs to be closed. There’s no point in operating a business like that. The workers deserve better too.

I wish I could avoid this place I DoorDash here and every time I come in here the customers food is ready but not bagged and then when I ask them to bag it, they have an attitude and when I come in here to grab a DoorDash, they’re rude and tell me with an attitude not to grab a DoorDash and that they need to check it. They have never checked it when I come in here to grab it just the people that work here are not friendly. They have no customer service skills and they’re rude as hell why don’t you try to put on a happy face and if you don’t like your job, then don’t work in customer service I do this on the side and I have a full-time job so when I’m coming in here to get your Customers items don’t be giving me attitude when I’m doing you a favor by delivering to your customers. I literally can’t stand coming to Starbucks, the Auburn one and the Lewiston one are great. It’s literally the Augusta one every single one of them in there have an attitude every time.

I am sorry to say this Starbucks is a disappointment. Employees are unkind, and don’t ever seem to want to do their job. Employees will also say disrespectful things out the order speaker before taking your order. It’s impossible for them to respect your privacy through a conversation that has nothing to do with them. Especially hen you’ve been at the speaker for 5 min already and they haven’t taken your order. I will never come here again.
