I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience—not about the food, but about an employee.
Today at around 12:25 PM, my boyfriend and I stopped by to order coffee and a sandwich. The employee who took our order was very polite and seemed to be working alone. As we took a seat toward the back near the restrooms, we noticed a young man with curly hair coming out of the bathroom. He appeared unwell and placed a sign on the restroom door before returning to the front.
What concerned me most was that he remained in the workspace, frequently approaching the other employee and getting near the food. I also felt bad for the young man at the counter, who was doing his best to keep up with the orders on his own. After witnessing this, I became uneasy about the cleanliness and safety of my order.
Additionally, I visited the store the previous day with my mom and noticed the same young man working in the back preparing food. If he was unwell at the time, that raises concerns about food safety. I hope management takes appropriate steps to ensure the well-being of both employees and customers.

Leaving this review not to ruin anyone’s day, just hoping to better the overall quality of the store for the customers. I find that the service takes astronomically long, and often interferes with my boyfriends morning as he is trying to get to work and the slow service is frustrating. I think many others would benefit from faster service and would draw more customers to the store overall. I hope this helps and give some inspiration for the employees to better their service. Thank you.

This used to be a good place but there is now a very angry old woman who is not asking customers for their orders but yelling at them. She also seems miserable working there. This is an absolute failure of the manager to properly train this person. You need to understand that she is the point of sale for customers coming in and this is the way she conducts herself? Then, people complain why there are FOR RENT signs all over Cranford.

The worst service I have had at any Dunkin Donuts by far. And i go to Dunkin every day. Everytime i stop at this one location there is always a mess up with my order.
On this particular day my drink was not right. I asked for a refund and sadly the employee gave it out of his own pocket because a manager left them with no knowledge of how to operate a refund from the register. After so i get home to find the food incorrect. So i go back in for a swap out and they just throw away what was wrong. I notice this when i get back to the car. Now having to go in a 3rd time for something so simple i am worked up. And what happens, the employee has the nerve to argue with me when they are the ones who messed up the order. Multiple times!
I do not recommend this location. There is much better and not even a mile away.
Needless to say they have lost my business at this location.

Seems like this place can’t accept criticism or any type of feedback. I placed an order on Uber eats and they missed an item so I had it refunded it back. Next day I placed another order and they canceled my ordered stating they are not taking orders..now that’s ridiculously funny. Now I know not to order from here again, waste of time.

I ordered from the mobile at at 8:50. I walk in waited 20 minutes to not have a simple coffee order and a donut. There was 8 people who mobile ordered and waiting while the line inside was zooming through. There was no one doing the mobile orders.. isn’t the reason for the app to be in and out in a matter of minutes.. waste of my time

I used to like coming here but they’ve had very unprofessional staff the last two years, today I ordered avocado toast and not only did they almost not give it to me at all but the kid preparing it seemed mad I even remembered. When I got it it wasn’t even toasted, just cold soggy bread. Really unfortunate.

Visited Sunday afternoon 1/5/2020 .I asked the young woman behind the counter what flavors were the new Girl Scout cookie flavors and she gave me a look as if i was bothering her. Didnt smile nor greet customers ..honestly the staff just has gotten worse over the years at this location. Recommend the other location not to far away

Quick service and very clean it was a pleasure to come and sit down to eat. The food was hot and very I would go there again. Also the food was good and the coffee was very hot a lasted a while. I also ordered a glaze donut .
