Ok not kind of place you eat at it’s a takeout place, people complaining about atmosphere smh , people working there are beyond nice @the food is very very good,I’m sure once while someone won’t like the food but everyone I know and myself think this is a great Chinese takeout restaurant,again workers are nicer then most places around

Wow. So 10 years ago this place was good. I just had it tonight and it was gross. General tsos didn’t have any heat nor taste. It was so bland. The rice was like plastic.
The beef and broccoli was nasty as well. The broccoli wasn’t trimmed nor fully cooked. Bland. The fried rice had a dirty dish taste. Never again. Just wow. You can tell they just don’t care.

They do not accept Debit or Credit Card – CASH ONLY – I bet they don’t report it all. The food was just ok… ordered Sweet & Sour chicken combo w/ pork fried rice…. Rice sucked and hardly any pork in it… chicken was mushy on the inside. Also order General So’s Combo platter and rice and chicken was exactly the same as the order…. First time there and now will be the last time…. Food is not good and a business that only accepts cash is shady to me….. I will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!

I’ve lived here and eaten from there almost 15 years and this place hasn’t changed. I’m still going back and forth with this lady over DUCK SAUCE!!!

They charge extra for DUCK SAUCE. Only one per egg roll. Seriously she’s not kidding.
When I spoke with her about it today she said one per roll. I said other places don’t charge and she said well they’re different. Even after I said I might stop ordering from them. Doesn’t bother her to loose business over a pack of dressing that customarily comes with eggrolls!
I like their egg rolls and wings. Everything else is below standard. I even got food poisoning once about 4 years ago. I ate SHRIMP fried rice. It was horrible and had to call out from work from extreme vomitting and diarrhea with fever.
I have never ordered it again for fear of getting sick again. Even my burps tasted like the food so I’m 100% sure it was rotten shrimp that was mushy but didn’t realize that when I ate it.
This was worse than any flu or virus or any sickness in my life! Because it was so painful in addition to the other symptoms but I never made a complaint about it. For what – why bother when I’m sure they would deny it and I can’t prove it.
I’m just stating my experience and my opinion. The DUCK SAUCE was the last straw and I will not be ordering from there any more. Unfortunately they are the closest Chinese food place to my house in either direction. That is also probably why they are still in business being walking distance from at least 4 apartment complexes.
I doubt my review will put a dent in their business profit but maybe it will save someone from getting sick. If you do, take the rest of the food with you to the hospital. They can do a bacterial analysis. I wish I did in the beginning but after 3 delirious days of being sick I wasn’t thinking strait.

This place is really dirty. I understand they probably have a lot of takes outs instead of people eating in but they need to keep every thing clean But everything is dusty. Gum under the tables. Webs on coners. Just nasty. Food taste like is been frozen or refrigerated for to long. My child got gum all over her hands. Plain nasty.

If I could Give this place a zero I would. I ordered a lunch special which was supposed to be no more than 10 bucks…they charged me 14.34. The food was horrible and didn’t taste fresh at all.The inside of the restaurant looked so dingy and dirty. It was absolutely disgusting. It all went straight in the trash. A BIG waste of money.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for a very long time. And lately their food and service is not good but prices are going up like crazy. I bought a combo of beef fried rice and chicken and got a mere 4 pieces of beef in the rice. Like seriously I was very disappointed. They charged me over $12 for the combo and I didn’t get my money’s worth. This is not the first time. I am taking my business somewhere else because nothing is improving at this restaurant.

Can’t get much better than this spot. Have been eating hood Chinese for more than 30 yrs. Wings and egg rolls are off the chart! Fried rice is really good too! C’mon you know this spot is good when it’s cash only with no delivery.
