Went here for valentine’s day dinner and everything was perfect! Service was perfect. Ambiance. Food. Everything. Waiter and hostess were very attentive. I had the best calamari i’ve ever had. I got chicken parm which was cooked to perfection, my boyfriend had linguini clams with white sauce which he loved. Would def go back! Had a great vday dinner 🙂

I started with the Lobster Bisque, which was smooth, creamy, and full of rich, buttery flavor. You can taste the freshness in every bite. For my entrée, I had the Pollo San Pietro — a perfectly cooked breast of chicken topped with Prosciutto di Parma, eggplant, sweet peas, and fresh mozzarella, all brought together with a tomato demi sauce. It was an absolute standout — the flavors blended beautifully, and every detail was spot-on.
To round out the meal, I enjoyed a Limoncello Spritz from the bar — light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel right at home.

Was recommended by a friend a few months ago. This was the third time, 6 different meals between my wife and I. It is fantastic! Nothing but kindness by the staff! It’s a diamond for a great relaxing night that won’t brake the bank! Very affordable, compared to the other restaurants in Scranton of the same caliber! Don’t walk, run to dinner here!

This has to be one of our most favorite restaurants. It’s a hidden Gem! I can’t say enough about how welcoming the atmosphere is and how awesome the staff is. I want to thank John who always makes my family feel As if they’re the most important and special people in the restaurant. My dad, who’s no longer able to get out to the restaurant still talks about it as one of his best and fondness memories. I don’t think there’s one thing on the menu that isn’t delicious and it would take me too long to list every single item. The grilled salmon is amazing, the shrimp cocktail is absolutely delicious. The plate presentation is an indicator of how much they care about what they do and how much love and passion they put into each one of their dishes. I try to get there at least one time a week, but sometimes more than that. John, please thank everyone for making this always feel at home.

This was our first time being at Mangia Bistro & Bar. We have always wanted to go there for a meal. Got to express how wonderful it is !! Our dinner was absolutely delicious, we had stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer for our meal both had the stuffed sole with roasted potatoes & fresh green beans. It was simply fantastic along with a cozy atmosphere so beautiful, plus friendly service, made it a wonderful night. My husband & I enjoyed everything about Mangia Bistro & would recommend it to everyone to try. We are so happy we did & will definitely be back for another amazing meal. !!

Had such a great dinner at Mangia Bistro! I ordered the chicken parm and an arugula salad that was on special—both were super tasty and the portions were really generous (you definitely won’t leave hungry). Prices are very reasonable for the quality too.
The wine pours were no joke—nice and heavy, which is always appreciated. Service was outstanding from start to finish, and the whole vibe of the place is so relaxed and comfortable.
All around an awesome spot for good food, good wine, and great service. Can’t wait to go back!

Party of 3 on a Friday night. 6 O’clock reservations, and we were seated promptly. Service was excellent and the menu was diverse and reasonably priced. We had house salads which were fresh and tasty. Our entrees included chicken parm, rigatoni with vodka sauce and clams over linguine with a white wine sauce. All three meals were served hot and were all delicious. We had a few desserts that were great. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Looking forward to returning.

Execellent atmosphere, the food was greattt!!! and it was a good service, I would 100% recommend it, drinks are good you wont regreat it, come and see it yourself. Food price I gave was for 2 person, and we tried different things.
