Omg, I will never go back to this subway after my experience today. How does it take 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. They were hot sandwiches but we got them cold and mushy. It was ridiculous how slow this lady was. It took 5 minutes just to cut one bread, then she destroys the bread when she tears it open. Took forever to take apart the cheese, it took forever for any part of the sandwich making process. Just horrible service. I don’t mean to be rude, but she seemed slow in other ways too. I don’t have a problem with that, everyone deserves a chance to make money. But whomever left her alone in that store, should be fired, hell they should probably be arrested for endangering the public. She didn’t seem able to read very well, so I’m sure following safety guidelines could be a struggle. Hell, she had a dirty receipt in the vegetables. The owner should literally clean house with management at this place, it was ridiculous the kind of service I received today. I’m definitely calling whoever i have to to make sure something is done. I paid good money for 3 poorly made sandwiches that weren’t even edible.

I was in the store today 11 2525 around 1 o’clock. Best service from the two ladies behind the counter you could ever get store was immaculate clean that’s the only place I’ll eat it.

The staff here was AMAZINGLY AWESOME. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere felt like home for the clients. We are a group home from Helen Farabee and the clients was so pleased and happy about being at this Subway. Thank you so much Morgan and Alicia for giving 100% to the clients. We will definitely be returning.

2 stars because the older lady with her mask on always treats me right here. The girl with the red hair and the glasses on the other hand was horrible. Rushed me through my order and raised her voice at me. Always seems to be in too big of a hurry… must be rushing to get to all those sandwiches she eats. She gets irritated at the slightest question. She’s got to go. I will be calling corporate next time.

Standing in line waiting forever. Three customers have left. Only one person working here and service is slower than Christmas. Worker acts like she does not have a care in the world and speed is undoubtedly not in her vocabulary. Never had such poor and extremely slow service at this location.

The man employee there was EXCEPTIONAL that waited on me. He was the only one there & did multiple jobs!!! He waited on several people!!! And tried to make everyone happy with their orders! This man should be honored & given a big raise!! He cares about the people, his work, & the business!!

Edit- went there for lunch today. Saw much improvement. The team was working quickly to get everyone’s sandwiches made correctly. Way to go!
This Subway has also gone downhill- I am still in search of a decent Subway here locally. Staff spend more time talking with each other than paying attention to the customers. They also do not know what is on their own menu- even with pictures and descriptions that are right behind them!

The young lady that was by herself was setting her up for failure. She was suppressing her distain of the costumers or her job. Was talking to me in a low tone that I could not hear, and her patronizing reply was repeated what she said in a slow manner as if I couldn’t understand the English language.(i was hispanic and she was white)

This is not my favorite Subway location, but it’s the closest to my job. The food is good, but not the biggest selection of cheeses and dressings. The staff is fast, but not very friendly. Thank God they got their air conditioning fixed finally!
