Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Messed up my order refused to fix it or put anyone on the phone and lied and said I didn’t order what I actually ordered to try and fix her screw up.

I ordered egg foo young and shrimp toast. It was terrible. The shrimp on the toast was very thin. Hardly any on it. It was also either fried too long or the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time and made it taste burned.
The egg foo young also had the same old burned oil flavor which means they use frozen pre-made patties and heat it up in the deep fryer instead of making it fresh. The egg foo young and gravy was lacking in flavor. Pretty bland. I gave food two stars because it was at least edible, but I was close to throwing it out.

I will not be ordering from China Inn again. I’m big on customer service and this was not it. I ordered my food over the phone and the lady was very helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful by calling and telling me that “I need to hurry up and get my food”. I called the store back to have my tip removed because I did not like the disrespect from this delivery driver.

Visited pretty late in the evening (close to closing time). We were staying at the Best Western…from out of town. Ordered our food as a walk-in. It took a little longer to get our food but it was well worth the time. My husband got the chicken wings and was very pleased. Service was polite and fast.

I have been ordering from them for about 4 years. I never had a problem until recently. They delivered burnt food. I called them back and was told that my next order would be free. About 2 weeks later when I called, I was told that the Manager was on vacation& to call back. I called back this evening & was told by the manager that she couldn’t help me. She put me on hold and asked her boss what she should. Her boss Paul told her to tell me to never call again. I was Shocked! All of this for $20.00. There goes the saying…the customer is always right. I am now going to be looking for a different Chinese Restaurant. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

One of the best Chinese Restuarants I have been too. When I feel up for it China Inn is always my go to place. Food is always great and the staff is always very nice. If you are looking to have Chinese and looking for a place to go in Westminster place an order at China Inn!

This has some of the best dine-in Chinese food I think I’ve ever had. The food is timely. The wait staff is super nice. Prices are not too expensive, and worth every penny. The atmosphere inside is also very comfortable.
