The three young ladies working here today 10/30/2025 around 12 to 12:15 pm, were rude and unprofessional. The first girl was a little short tempered, but not too bad. The second and oldest of the three was rude and when I asked for a very small amount of spinach, she put on a hand full. I asked if she could take some off. She took off two. I asked if she could take more off, and that seemed to upset her like I was asking too much of her for the sandwich I am spending my hard earned money on. She put like six olives on and I asked if she could please put more. She told me they are only required to put three olives on. I explained that I am not getting anything else, so it should even out and aren’t I supposed to be able to have the sandwich the way I like it? She put four more olives on. I would have paid for a handful more, but she was so rude and acting like I was making her go out of her way, so I didn’t ask. The next young girl, her name started with a T, told me how much it was. I asked if there was a place to put my phone number in to receive my rewards. She rudely pointed on the screen where to push the tab for my number. I put my number in and she said there was nothing. I asked if I could do it again in case I messed up on the number and she got even more rude and snappy. This time I told her that she needed to stop being rude with me. I put my number in again and she asked if I had a Pilot rewards. I told her I had the Subway rewards and she informed me it does not work at this Subway for the rewards, just for Pilot rewards. This was a very unpleasant experience and I will never go to this Pilot Subway again. On a good note* The ladies at Cinnabon that I went to after Subway were pleasant, friendly, professional and showed respect and kindness when speaking to me.

They make a lot of sandwiches here so the food is fresh and the sandwiches are usually good. But recently I’ve notice the service has really dropped off. The workers were not friendly and seamed inconvenienced / annoyed I was there. I asked if they could wrap the foot long sandwich in two as I was sharing with my wife and the lady snapped back at me for not telling her before making the sandwich. I really wanted to love this place as it’s close to my home and convenient. I’m not sure I’ll come back, maybe spend my $$$ some ware else.

in the last few weeks this place has really gone to shit every time I come in here the manager is always running all over the store, leaving one person in the front. The employees seem frustrated with a lack of help or direction. i know that can be super frustrating. im hoping something can be resolved soon (they need a new manager)

The people that work here have no urgency in anything they do. They have 2 hearts 1st and break time.

Went in and ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and the guy making it had zero clue what came on it, started adding the wrong cheese first which wasn’t a big deal but then it came to the rest and he added vegetables that didn’t even come on it, like peppers and olives when the only vegetables that are supposed to come on it are lettuce and tomato and onion. And didn’t even add the sub krunch that’s supposed to come on it. I will not be going back until the workers are probably trained on their own menu. Ridiculous honestly. LEARN THE MENU!!!

Poorly made sandwich. Poor options and out of things I wanted. Service was also poor, but I’m not judging kids who likely make minimum- I’m judging the company. About what you’d expect from a Pilot. If you’re in this area and really want Subway, go to the one on Biddle Road.

we waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and take our order. when we first showed up someone was there, fixing the line but as soon as we came to the counter she went into the back and stayed there for 30 minutes until another customer asked a worker from pilot to go get someone to help us. There was lines of people at both taco bell and subway and we constantly saw the workers in the back walking back and forth, so they knew they had customers waiting, they just were too lazy to do their actual job and make a sandwich. Good thing there was no tip jar, it would have stayed empty anyway. Sandwich afterward was good though.
