Hello. I would like to share I had a fantastic experience with this young man. He expressed every quality you want in customer service. He served my #8 billy club with a smile and I could tell he made it with love and hard work! Nice job jimmy keep hiring people like him! I think his name was Joe, this was a couple days ago. I’m writing this because I was just thinking of him and it brought a smile to my face (mostly the delicious Billy club).

Been very unsatisfied with the service here the last couple of times. Today we ordered 2 subs and a chip and got home and found we got a tuna wrap and a sub we didn’t order. Not to mention it wasn’t so freaky fast

the most dry chicken ceasar wrapped I have ever had! Jimmy Johns is my go to place for lunch. And I both tried Thierer location and Monona before and I was satisfied. But this one in Cottage Grove, I’m not sure if they forgot to put the dressing? I’m sorry but I am unsatisfied!

The toasted sandwich was tasty. I ordered online and specifically indicated NOT to leave the order at the front door. Review of doorbell camera shows the driver barely knocked on the door, definitely didn’t ring the doorbell. Food was left outside for 25 minutes before I realized it was there. No phone notification either. Sandwich was cold and lemonade was warm. I wish I could change the tip I added to the order!

$26 for 2 sandwiches with chips and they forgot my chips. Absolutely ridiculous price. I see why the parking lot and drive thru were empty. I can get 2 specialty burgers with fries and a drink for the price of one sandwich! And how much you wanna bet you don’t pay your employees? Major corporate greed. Will never come here again. And by the emptiness of your parking lot I think a bunch of people feel the same!!!!

Consistently terrible experiences ever since I moved here, and I tried to eat here a few times. The subs were mediocre, I tried to eat inside, but the lobby was closed due to staffing, but there was really no reason for it. The last time I went through the drive-through, they messed up my order, and the soda had no carbonation, just straight syrup. Incredibly overpriced food too for the value, never going back. Needs new management.

I placed an order online, was never informed that the wait time was greater than an hour. I had to call for an update (at the hour mark) and was told they didn’t even have a driver yet (via Uber Eats) assigned. sadly disappointed in the lack of communication and customer care
Food is great….so this was deeply disappointing in how it was handled.
