I enjoy coming to this Checker location. The friendly staff especially Hannah. She has always been top notch with service and with a friendly demeanor. Hannah is an asset to Checkers. The tall black man that works alongside her is also awesome with service. Great team and the general manager is great.

The burger we wanted, after checking the online menu, had been discontinued (probably a corporate thing, not the store) so they suggested something else. The original one had lettuce & tomato, so one would’ve thought they’d suggest another similar one. No, what we got was a pretty plain cheeseburger. Also, the fries were WAY too salty.

I went to go through the drive through and it was blocked. So I had to park and walk up to the window. I told the girl that I wanted 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with onions. I asked her to make sure that they were fresh because when I went there in July they weren’t. This is the picture of the sandwiches I received when I went to eat them at home. They were DRY, over cooked and look NASTY and Disgusting. If you’re NOT going to eat it, why serve it. I’m done going to this place. Apparently the Owner nor the Manager cares about what type of food goes out to their Customers. I complained on July 9th, 2024 when I got the same nasty, disgusting food and never heard back then either. So now I’m putting them on blast for their lack of edible food.
